Justin arrived promptly and took a brief history of the situation. I had another plumbing company in yesterday to clear my bathtub but they were unsuccessful. They claimed there was a solid object blocking the pipes and they were unable to clear it. American Water, after some fussing on my part, agreed to send another company out at no extra charge. Justin went right to work and stayed at it until I could hear the water running. He explained that the problem was the brass trap installed when the house was built is very narrow and the clog, which was only hair, clogs it easily. He had to take a slower, more patient approach to snake the drain but was ultimately successful. This young man saved me a ton of money because I was told I’d need another kind of treatment that wasn’t covered by my home warranty. He was very polite, knowledgeable and patient. He obviously takes pride in his work and is a credit to the company. I will only be allowing People’s Plumbing in my house to address any future repairs. Thanks Justin!
