Desde el primer día fueron muy profesionales, puntuales y siempre comunicándose conmigo en cada etapa del proceso. Me ayudaron a renovar la cocina y el baño, y el cambio fue impresionante. Los acabados quedaron impecables y se nota la calidad en cada detalle.
Lo que más me gustó fue que cumplieron con los tiempos prometidos y no se salieron del presupuesto. Además, fueron súper respetuosos con el espacio, siempre dejaban todo limpio al final del dia.
Sin duda los volvería a contratar para otro proyecto.

Daniel completly re-did our bathroom in our WML home back in 2023, he has installed many light fixtures around our home, & now, back in May 2025 he changed our kitchen sink, re did our living room & dinning room floors from wood to tile, and I recently reached out to him on a late evening about my heat not working & within 1 hr he was here fixing it.. every step of the process he was informing us of what he was doing, and why he was doing it and answered all of our questions.
His work is 100% reccomendable, fair priced and very responsible! - he's our go to for anything & everything!

We hired daniel and his crew to do some quick repairs related to the closing of the sale of a property. He was there the next day and exceeded our expectations on quality of workmanship and price. I highly recommend Precise. Daniel and his worker Carlos did a great job fixing my water damaged ceiling in the bathroom and replacing mold stained caulking in the shower. They do all jobs big and small. I would definitely use them again.

I had an amazing experience with Precise Construction Services LLC. From the moment Danny arrived to give me a quote, I knew I was in good hands—he immediately noticed a leak in my bathroom and fixed it on the spot, free of charge. That level of care set the tone for the rest of the project.

I had a punch list of items I wanted done before hosting a family gathering, and Danny delivered flawlessly. Over the course of a week and a half, he and Carlos tackled everything with skill and professionalism. They sanded and painted my porch handrail, garage doors, and bay window—removing rotting wood and installing new PVC trim where needed. They repainted my shutters, and because I was undecided on the color, they patiently painted four different options so I could confidently choose the one I loved best.

They also repaired my bathroom ceiling (which had been peeling due to a previous contractor’s poor work), patched up several kid-created holes in the walls, replaced two outdated fire detectors and a faulty LED light, and even repainted my fireplace mantle twice to make sure the sheen was just right. To top it all off, they surprised me by painting my mailbox to match the house—such a thoughtful touch that made everything feel complete.

Danny was communicative, flexible, and incredibly kind throughout, and both he and Carlos were clean, respectful, and a joy to have around. Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work and attention to detail they provided.

Originally I had contacted the owner through a friend's recommendation after another contractor stiffed me, after I paid him on what I asked. Danny covered me, pressured washed my house, replaced a decrepit vent cover, and re-painted a pathetic windowsill on the same side that was peeling.
Im very impressed by his attention to detail, his ability to identify problems other contractors didnt alert to me, and fixed them for a great price.
I have significantly larger projects that I cant wait to ask Danny to complete, when I have the money now that I have seen the pride he takes in his work.

Hired Daniel/Precise to fix a shower faucet leak (and install hardware), fix water damaged drywall and baseboard outside my shower -- and do some grouting and caulking. Daniel went out of his way (driving around, multiple plumbing suppliers) to find the right piece to fix the leak -- and did great work patching the damaged drywall and baseboards --- staying late until the job was finished -- and looked great. I'll use Daniel/Precise again for other jobs (small, and bigger) as they arise.
