This is the second time we used TJ Electric. They are responsive knowledgeable courteous and reasonably priced. They helped me with my not so common electric heat that is so old and fixed my problems!! Would definitely recommend!

We hired this company to do the electric in our new kitchen, drawings were provided of the design for every layout angle. We were given a quote and accepted it. The work was completed and did not pass inspection due to wires that had not been secured under out floor and no outlet placed on the end of our island where our dishwasher was. Joe offered to come out asap to correct the problem but had noted that one of the reasons it did not pass was because of the way that the tile had been put around the outlets. Blaming our cabinet guy even though the electric was the last to be done. It should have been rectified then. He told us there would be a charge for the outlet which was $80 dollars. We did not argue because we are trying to sell our house and seemed reasonable enough. Instead they charged us $250, hung up the phone with my wife when she contested the charge. I called him to get an idea of what was going on. I had explained that I understood both sides but would be siding with my wife. I was willing to give him half because, again, I understood that he needed to justify his time. Even though THEY HAD THE DRAWINGS AND APPLIED FOR THE PERMIT THEMSELVES. He said the drawings were unclear and that they had enough work so he sent his guys elsewhere. They also left the power to the bathroom off when they left, which my wife had to tell them to turn back on. Instead of rectifying this with me, he also hung up on me. So if you're looking to be a customer that can easily be ditched for the next, even though you've spent plenty of money with them, then this is the place to go. Here's the review I promised you, Joe.

Joe and his team showed up on time every day, were efficient and safe, paid attention to the little details (like putting wall plate screws in all the same direction, putting dropcloths down, and cleaning up completely every day) and kept us informed of the process and what was happening. Before we closed on the house, Joe called and we went through the proposed work and he drew up a professional and easy to understand contract. Had an amazing experience with this company. Still waiting on inspection but just the experience itself was amazing. The workers were phenomenal, very professional and very respectful. I definitely recommend this company. As a first time hime buyer and as this being my first time hiring an electrician, Mr Howard and his crew will definitely be my electrical company to use.
