I love my new roof!! It looks beautiful! I was extremely pleased with the excellent workmanship and work ethic of the crew who were at it from early morning til evening, And I especially enjoyed working with Matt. I greatly appreciated his honesty and integrity. Everything was delivered exactly as promised. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I recently worked with Matt and his team and had a great experience. They were reasonably priced, extremely efficient, and completed the work quickly without compromising quality.

We have a 7-acre property in Port Jervis with three houses, and Matt’s team replaced the roofs on two of them. The results exceeded our expectations, we’re very happy with how everything turned out.

I had a disappointing experience with NY NJ Roofing. The work took much longer than promised, and communication was poor throughout the process. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. The final result was not as clean as expected, and I’m not satisfied overall.

The quality of work didn’t match my expectations.

The quality of work aside, the attitude of the staff was unacceptable. They seemed impatient, talked over me, and didn’t take my concerns seriously. It made the whole process stressful and unprofessional.

From start to finish, our experience was outstanding. They completed our roof, siding, and screened-in porch, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the team and the work they did.

They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed with great updates so we never had to wonder where things stood. Communication was excellent, which made a huge difference and gave us a lot of confidence along the way.

The quality of the work was amazing and exceeded our expectations. They paid attention to details, the finished result looks fantastic, and the cleanup was perfect. You would never have known a major project had just taken place because they left everything so clean and organized.

Most importantly, they earned our trust. Finding a company that does great work, communicates well, and truly cares can be difficult, and they checked every box. I highly, highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again. In fact, we already want them to do more work for us in the future.

Matt is not only professional, but very personable. You see in the quality of work and management that he takes great pride craft and is keen on attention to detail.

Matt is very professional. He came to my home, assessed my roof and gave me a complete breakdown of his procedures along with an estimate. It didn't seem possible to replace a roof in one day but he did it! The shingles are much better quality than my old roof shingles were and I am really very pleased. I will never need to worry about my roof again.

I hired NY NJ Roofing to put a new roof on my home. I have to say they did a beautiful brilliant job. The crew and the supervisors were professional and skilled and were courteous and friendly. Matt, the owner was wonderful to work with and gave me a decent and fair price. His supervisor Luis was likewise wonderful to deal with. During the pre arrangements, Matt always answered his phone when I called. Not once did I have to leave a message or ask for a call back. The crew were on time, worked hard and had my roof on by the end of the day, after which they cleaned the place and left it spotless. I couldn't have asked for more or better. I recommend this business to anyone interested in getting a new roof as it will be done right and look beautiful afterwards. I also had them install two new beautiful sky lights in the kitchen. They look beautiful. I am so happy with the quality of the workmanship and professionalism. If I could give them a ten instead of a five I would.

I made an appointment with Matt for one Sunday afternoon so my husband and I could both talk with him. He was early, meaning he was on time.
We discussed everything; he was very polite, and organized, honest, upfront about prices, kind of shingles, when he could start and everything I needed to know.
One day the next week the dumpster arrived. The next day his crew arrived at 8 AM, got started right away, laying down tarps to protect the grounds, worked hard all day, cleaned up nails and debris when done. They were all very respectful and showed that they cared about everything they were doing. By 5:30 when they finished up, I had a beautiful, brand new roof!

Matt was very quick to respond to my call. He took the time to walk me through all the details that he found when inspecting my roof. It was clear from the video that he was giving me a level headed fact based assessment. Not knowing much about roofs I had a number of questions and matt patiently explained the answers. At no point did I feel like he wanted to move on to a "higher paying job". Finding an honest and articulate repair person is really critical to protecting your investment in your home. I am very glad I found NY/NJ Roofing and will use his services in the future. I highly recommend this company!
