I needed a specific tub/shower diverter. Neither Lowes nor Home Depot had what I needed. I figured I would try here since they specialize in plumbing. Thankfully they had what I needed and now the remodeling of my bathroom is done.

Overly expensive. Bought a faucet cartridge a few months back was $60. The same brand online was less than $20. Spent $58 bucks the other day on PVC pipe/couplings and cement/primer. Could have gotten it all at home depot for under $35.

Charging a 20% restocking fee on returned products that you keep in stock is ridiculous! I could understand on special order or open packages, but for you to charge that on stock plumbing fittings just isn't right.
