Absolutely wonderful! I was tired of the complete run around dealing with the warranty people from Lowes as they haven't been able to send anyone out for 3 whole weeks (safe to say I am never going to deal with them again in the future). With Mr Appliance I was able to call and have someone sent out the next day to take a look at my dryer. My technician was Alain, and he was absolutely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to repair what was needed efficiently and effectively. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend
