Having worked with Igor before, when it came to the inspection of a new home I'm purchasing, there was no doubt. Igor is a promptly responsive, punctional, highly experienced, thorough true professional. In todays day and age, it is a refreshing pleasure to work with Igor. Look no further. Seriously.

To provide tested insight on my previous inspection experience with Igor: I was interested in purchasing the house next door to where I currently own. Igor completed the inspection and noted severe structural and environmental concerns that ultimately saved us from investing in a money pit. Due to the market, the house did sell at asking and needless to say the new owners ( normal people, not flippers) have been continuously completing renovations for over a year now and have yet to be able to move into their home. It's a constant, grateful reminder that no level of optimism can resolve severe structural and environmental concerns.

Igor was an extremely professional and through home inspector. As a first time home buyer he's pointed out items that I would of missed, gave recommendations and wrote an elaborate report in a timely manner with detailed explanations. Highly recommended, you won't regret working with him.

Igor is simply the best inspector! Not only does he do a thorough inspection, but he provided a report within a few hours. And makes the inspection list process seamless and easy using advanced technology on his site. And on top of that he always picks up the phone and offers advice and guidance after the inspection.

It was a pleasure to work with Igor for our home inspection. He walked me through the entire process, explained what he saw, and answered all of my questions. We ended up backing out of our contract due to his thorough inspection and "eagle eye." I truly feel like he taught me a lot about what to look out for as we continue to search for a house. We put an offer in on a home and were able to scheduled a home inspection for 2 days after the offer was accepted. Igor met us at the home, and walked us through every single room, commenting on the things that needed improvement. It really helped us gain perspective on not only what repairs need to be made, but how extensive and severe they were. He also recommended follow up inspections for specialty matters. I highly recommend him as he was polite, professional, clear and concise, and also has a great sense of humor! We will definitely work with him on any future home inspections!

Igor did an amazing job inspecting a home I was in contract with. The owners were hoarders and despite all their junk stuffed to the brim in the basement, Igor was able to spot the issues they were trying to hide. Termites, beetles, and mold were just a few to name. He was thorough, diligent, and was super helpful in answering any questions I had. He was patient and I really appreciated that as he was being bombarded with questions from my realtor and I. I also appreciated him saying that he 'works for the buyer' when my realtor asked him to send the inspection report. Igor said that he can't just send it, he needs to ask me, the buyer, for permission. Ultimately I ended up terminating the contract after Igor's inspection as it turned out there were too many issues that would be costly to fix. As a single woman, purchasing this home would have caused me nothing but stress. I appreciate Igor for bringing to light how much work would be involved to fix and maintain the home. He saved me from potentially buying a money pit.

My husband and I are very conservative and hardly leave any reviews. However, we needed to come here and say that Igor was the BEST inspector ever! He took his time with the inspection, noticed things that we didn't even know were visible, explained everything that was found, explained how to fix the issues, and gave us great advice as homebuyers. He is also very personable, unbiased, and we couldn't be happier with his service as he is the best in his trade. Reasonable and affordable prices! I'm a firm believer of the saying "you get what you pay for" and with Igor you are getting your money's worth and much more! Igor was extremely thorough, professional, and helpful. Within a few days of calling, he was able to come to do an inspection. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with great advice. He was even responsive after the inspection with any follow up questions that I had. Would definitely use Eagle Eye Inspections again. and recommend others to as well.

Igor is a thorough professional. He was well ahead of the scheduled appointment , made sure, he had everything in place. At every stage of inspection, without we asking for inputs/feedback, provided inputs on exterior, interior (foundation, bed rooms, living area) , checked wiring, identified gas leaks, plumbing line, inspected home thoroughly.
