Requested an estimate. Was told that someone will be in touch within a couple of days. Called a week later, was told they’re busy but I’m on the list and someone will be in touch in a couple of days. Called again a week later, same response. Called yet again two weeks later just to get the same answer. It’s been 7 weeks since original call, needless to say no one ever reached out.

Do not use this company. They have a dumpster and material in my driveway and I was told they were starting today. No show called the office twice was told someone was going to call me back no call back. Called the person I signed contract with Steven conversation gotten heated he was totally unprofessional. I guess they are so busy they don't care.

They've done other work for us over the years. Never had a complaint.

I can not speak for the work itself. I was a neighbor to a roof they did. Woke up to find that they had shoveled the roof off the side on a windy day. My covered porch was almost completely covered with roof, which included several nails. A very dangerous situation for not only my self but for my dog. As I walked down my stairs I was actually hit with a falling shingle. Someone came down and half assed cleared my porch. As I walk in i pick up 2 boards with nails sticking out and 3 nails just laying on my stairs and porch. I then call the company to tell them. She said ok and hung up on me. I look outside and my porch is covered again. Let me remind you that yes it's close but the work being done is not on my property. I call the company again and was told an owner was on his way. The owner never came but the police did. They did clean up most of the mess but that next morning I picked up 3 more nails. They are still doing the job so I can only imagine how many more nails I'm gonna find after they leave. So if you hire them make sure their is a no mess clause.

Very reliable with good pricing and workmanship. We have used them multiple times for roofing, siding, and window replacement. I highly recommend them.

You might do good work but when you drive like a total buffoon in company marked vehicles you're gonna get some bad reviews. I saw your man do 3 questionable things behind the wheel in less than 2 minutes.

Avoid at all cost they do horrible work. Multiple problems for my house and others they did in my neighborhood. We all got ripped off. Avoid at all costs.

Also avoid Pete who formerly worked here at all costs.

Update 2: multiple windows having issues after 2 year. Avoid this company at all costs once again. Horrible.
