Gia from the customer service call center was not helpful whatsoever. Call after call and we still have not received the assistance we have been looking for. Not even a technician's or manager's number was provided to us after requesting it. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the worst company ever. A week later and my washer machine still not fix. I'm at the point to where I'm trying to get my money back or I'm handing to court. Very unprofessional and lack of communication.

Terrible experience. I have a 3 month warranty on my refrigerator. For over a month I’ve called 8 times and I keep getting told a manager/technician would call me. I received no call. This company is a scam DO NOT USE!!! Now I have to waste time contacting the better Business Bureau and file a small claims suit

Rufat, the technician, repaired my Samsung dryer on the same day and it started working. He replaced the belt and roller. He was very helpful and am very happy with his service.

Rufat helped fixed my washing machine when it was leaking. He even found a second issue with it while looking at the machine and was able to fix both issues same day in a small window of time! He was super nice and explained everything he was fixing. Thanks again!

Called APL for fixing my GE Monogram refrigerator. Max and team came during the Labor Day weekend, were on time, ordered the replacement part and came next day to fix. Very happy with the service, will definitely recommend.

Customer Service is atrocious, pricing is not clear and totally arbitrary. Website says one thing, they charge another and cannot defend their pricing when asked to explain. They tried to charge almost $500 to replace a $150 part that took me 10mins to install which included watching a 3min youtube video. Unfortunately I'm out the $185 that they charged for a 30min diagnostic visit.

Before booking (or calling) them, check out there BBB rating (poor) and even there Facebook reviews. I didn't and their technician caused $650 in damages to my refrigerator, causing a potential dangerous threat (exposed wires) and non compatible parts (Jerry-rigging).
