I recently had some devastating water damage in my home. ServPro was sent in by my insurance company to bring a dumpster and clear out my finished basement of all my belongings. The ordeal was devastating; but with the help of Michelle, of ServPro, everything went smoothly and I can now move forward to rebuild. Thank you ServPro and thank you so much Michelle, you were wonderful.

Away on vacation I came home to water damage. Stressed and unsure my insurance gave me ServPro’s number and they came to the rescue. Johnny of ServPro went straight to work to clean up and minimize the damage. He is pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend ServPro of Montclair West Orange.

After a sewage pipe collapse we were left with a big mess. SERVPRO was very professional, came back often to check on our progress, was in constant contact with us and generally were very good through a difficult few weeks. I would highly recommend them.

I called because I had a sump pump failure and had water damage. I was so nervous about the whole process but they made it easy and they came quickly. Usually you have to wait hours but they came right away. They finished the job quickly. The technician that came was informative and friendly and made the whole process a breeze. Last week we had a plumbing leak

The Servepro team arrived ready for action...incredibly efficient and professional. They moved heavy furniture and set up the dryers. Within three days we were dry and after a follow up, they removed the equipment.
In fact they're returning to move back some furniture👏👏

Servpro of Montclair was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend them. My refrigerator waterline broke and leaked into my newly renovated family room below . The refrigerator must have been leaking for days before we realized we had a water leak. Servpro of Montclair was at my home within a few hours of my call. They took care of everything for me. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. When the job was complete Servpro left my home immaculate. You would never have never of known I had any water damage. I was beyond pleased.

Called ServPro at 4:30 am and a very nice woman answered and said she would have crew out by 7 am. They arrived at 7 am as promised and went to work immediately pumping out water in my basement and bringing in fans and dehumidifiers. They left their equipment to continue to dry and came back to check to make sure everything was okay and picked up their equipment in a few days and all is dry. Great customer service from beginning to end. Thank you.

SERVPRO - Montclair/West Orange is truly a first rate company!!! When my mom had a toilet leak into her kitchen the ServPro team provided prompt, professional, and expert service. From the front office, Michelle, who kept us informed every step of the way to Travis, the on site manager who was extremely knowledgeable and provided upfront expertise regarding the entire process, to the on-site team, together they made a challenging time a much more palpable experience.

Called Travis @ ServPro when a unit above our office had their water heater break over the Christmas break - there was 1-2 inches of water throughout the office by Sunday. He was "the man" throughout the process - they came within ~2-3 hours and reached out to the insurance company directly to get approvals. After my electronic claim, he was able to get in touch with them before I even was. Their initial arrival (on a Sunday) was at least 6-8 hours quicker than the neighboring office's abatement company who called their insurance company that morning.

Noah was the "feet on the street" or feet on the wet carpet guy who was doing the majority of the work with 1 or 2 other people most days - he was FANTASTIC!

Once abated, Travis even had our carpets cleaned and bathroom fixtures put back in - at NO COST - so we could operate with little impact prior to contractors coming in to do repairs and replacements. He explained the whole process from soup to nuts above and beyond what ServPro does, including how to interact and work with the insurance company throughout these steps and ensure all of the work for comparable replacements was covered.

When I say they went above and beyond, that was an understatement. And they were here checking on everything at least 2x as much as the abatement companies for the other offices / units that were impacted.

Kudos to a solid operation, company / franchise location, and employees that take a terrible event and makes it the least bad it can be.

Our childcare center experience plumbing issues which resulted in contaminated water on the floor and in a storage closet. I called Servpro and spoke with Joe, who was extremely accommodating and sent Travis out to our site immediately.

Travis quickly accessed the situation, gave us a fair quote with a thorough explanation of what would happen and even went as far as to double check with our local health inspector that the products used would meet his requirements (they did). The fire crew with leader Cindy and her crew members , Niki, Emily, Joe and Matt were extremely helpful and through in their work of clearing out and packing our many items of our fire damaged storage unit. Many of my paintings were stored there and they carefully packed them for cleaning.
They also answered all our questions on going. And we were very pleased of how the items were returned cleaned and in a timely manner.
I will be recommending ServPro of West Orange to friends and family as they were an extremely professional group and handled our items with great care.

Our house was flooded during Grayson, which was devastating also because we just brought it. There is a lot to deal with in these situations. Servpro made one of the hardest parts - assessing the damage, drying it and cleaning it - so much less stressful! Joe and Travis are the best!!
They were on the spot already on day one, just to minimize damage and to assess their work. They were communicative and professional, nice and on time. They explained everything they did in detail, and made sure we were OK with it. They also communicated directly with our insurance, making our life a bit easier! The process is rough - when the fans are in, the house is full of dust and noise. But they made sure almost everything was dry (our house is made of plaster and wood, hard to dry) and what was not dry, they explained to us how to replace. They were a ray of light in this s**it storm. Strongly recommend!
