I was thrilled with the work that Paul did. From the moment I called him I knew that I could trust him he was very responsive and answered my questions and explained the process which is dry carpet cleaning. Paul gave me a date right away and showed up promptly for our appointment. I was very pleased with the estimate and the actual job came within the estimate that he provided me with he didn’t try to upsell me or make me feel like I had to utilize all these other chemicals in order to achieve my objective and that was to make the carpet clean. My carpet was just a year old it was wall-to-wall carpeting in my apartment and it was a light colored carpeting and typically with apartments it’s heavily trafficked. Paul clean the carpets within two hours and he went over the spots several times until it was clean! He was very patient and wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything that was done and I have to say I am thrilled I can’t believe I ever did any other type of carpet cleaning before when I lived in my home and had carpeting in certain rooms. After seeing what a great job his dry carpeting did and how the spots didn’t we appear like they often do after steam cleaning I would never go back to steam cleaning again! If you’re contemplating doing your carpets call Paul he will do it in a timely fashion he will show up on time and you are comfortable with him because he’s trustworthy and he doesn’t

The owner just likes to power wash and just only likes to stray chemicals and not scrape the ducks so don’t use his service he’s just all talk and bad for business

They were very thorough and professional. Nalby took me upon the roof, showed me the exhaust fans, and explained ways that I could protect the fans from being damaged by flying birds. AWESOME job!

I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for professionals to service your house. My house and gutters were reviewed and the cost was reasonable. It was a great experience working with them. The people were very polite and hard working. I definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be using their services again in the future.

Excellent experience. Office staff is friendly and professional. The gutter installation team arrived on time and got right to work. They were efficient and thorough. The power washing and window team of Larry and Andres were superb! Nor a trace of the green residue could be seen on the siding when these guys were done. I was thrilled to see that they didn't stop at power washing but also cleaned the soffits by hand. Larry and Andres cleaned each of my home's windows until they sparkled. They were polite, friendly and take great pride in their work. This will not be my last experience with this outstanding service provider.

Called several companies and not only was the response time quickly but they also were able to work with my schedule and get the job done efficiently. They were punctual and reliable. Called other companies to come out and do other jobs, some were no show and others left all their trash behind. And this company’s crew actually worked really well and left nothing behind. I gave All American a call to change my gutters and leaders on my house. We scheduled a date right there on the spot. The day before they were supposed to come, they gave me a call as a reminder that they were doing the work. 5-star service all-around. Professional office staff and the guys did a great job power washing and window cleaning, all for less than I expected. They reviewed the plan with me when they arrived and results before they left. Happy to have found All American and will do business with them again.

We received All American Window and Gutter Cleaning contact information from our neighbor who currently uses them for window cleaning and house power wash. She bragged about their amazing customer service & great work. I work for one of the nations top hospital and after working so long with them Customer service might as well be my middle name. When Rene visited our home we discussed gutter replacement. After listening attentively he provided us with feedback of what needed to be replaced and his suggestion of the best solution for our home. His quote was reasonable even though we are currently in the middle a global pandemic. TWO days prior to starting our gutter replacement project we contacted All American Window and Gutter for additional quotes on Facia and Soffits; even though we called 2 days prior to our gutter replacement day they were able to give us a quote for the additional work and accommodated us to get the job done on our initial project date. We literally cannot express how great Rene and his team are, they were respectful, on time, professional and their work is immaculate. Additionally, even after the work was done Rene visited the project to ensure the work was done properly and even called to ensure were ultimately happy with their work! Having a company who cares for their work and the satisfaction of the customer rather than a paycheck is hard to find! To many more projects with All American Window and Gutter Cleaning to come!
