Project took 6 months instead of 3. Workers showed up almost every day they were supposed to - which is good- but on certain days did practically nothing price increased for Work that the price was already agreed upon. They cracked a underground pipe that led to sewage backup in my house and denied it had anything to do with them had to argue to get it corrected. Used wrong pavers on one part of the backyard then charged me more to correct it claiming we told him to do it that way. Bought wrong lighting posts for the backyard. Put them in terribly where it came out of the floor on the with a little bit of force and almost fell into the pool- with kids in it. They do not know how to do jacuzzis. Just an FYI. They tried not to even do it. The pavers around the jacuzzi need to be redone - more expense for me Most of the time a nice guy but would not recommend unless it was a small job

I had a very different experience with Precision Landscape. The team worked every day under difficult conditions and terrain, to turn our backyard weedy hill into a gorgeous patio, complete with plants that were well suited for an annual display of beauty, and very low maintenance. The hardscaping was meticulously done using many indigenous materials we saved from our Atlantic Highlands grounds (Peanut stone, and old bricks). The outdoor fireplace was beautiful, and natural waterfall carefully crafted. We look forward to having Precision come back this season to now work on the front of the house!

Said there was miscommunication about the work to be done and the price of the work. Invoice said “specified areas” and he said he didn’t recall that part of the conversation. He thought it was different, even after we had text conversations. We were unable to work it out. Its too late to book the work before the weather turns and now has to wait til next year. Will not be using this company.

Way back in March I got a quote from them for a retaining wall. I sent them the check for a deposit with the assurance that they would schedule work within the next couple of weeks. Now here it is months later in mid June. Can't get any of them on the phone. No work has been done and I am requesting the deposit back. It takes them months to respond. They kept telling me "in a couple of weeks". This is just not acceptable. Update end of June 2023 : still no response and deposit has not been returned. Looks like I have to go to small claims court.

My wife hired T. Benning while I was away for 6 weeks. I am not not satisfied with their lawn mowing services. In my opinion, they cut my lawn too short causing it to burn. During clean up, they blew leaves under shrubs and into flower beds. The leaves turned black and slimy and matted down, killing off some of our summer flowers. My wife worked out a payment plan in which she left an envelope under the front door mat. They failed to pick up the envelope for the last 3 weeks and now want a $9.00 late fee. I would not recommend this company for landscaping service.

From start to finish..... we were thrilled with job that Eric and his team did for us. Our project consisted of building a retaining wall that needed to match the brick on our house (which was not easy to find) and to design and install a landscape lighting project across the front of our house. His attention to detail throughout the project and follow up to make sure we were happy is very rare with any contractor. We plan on hiring Precision Landscape Contractors for future projects as well!

I really don't have the words to describe how pleased we are with our project. From design to installation to completion, Eric and his crew were creative and professional. We had a big job that involved demolishing an old concrete porch, shoring up the second floor, redesigning and expanding the front entrance as well as complete landscaping. Eric responded to our inquiry right away and soon submitted a beautiful scaled drawing of his plan. We did not change a thing. Work was started on time and Pablo and his crew were here everyday in some of the hottest weather we've had. The work was done in a timely manner and the workmanship - both construction and landscape (including lighting) is beautiful. They were meticulous. Eric was here twice a day, keeping up with the progress. The final look - fantastic! I cannot say enough about our experience with Precision. It was simply wonderful - start to finish.

I cannot recommend Precision Landscaping enough. Everyone on the team was prompt, polite and professional to work with. The job site was cleaned at the end of every day and the crew was back ready to work early each morning . After a bad experience with an unscrupulous contractor , I was hesitant to move forward with the project and so grateful my search led me to Eric and his crew. Thank you for the beautiful work!

We are so pleased with the project that Eric Green and his crews did in our backyard. My patio and landscaping were in need of an update after 30 years. We had a pond we enjoyed but as we are aging it has been too much work to keep the way I like it. Eric redesigned my landscape (using some of my materials) …we now have a BEAUTIFUL patio .. new back stoop and steps…new railing and a gazebo! Eric and his team went above and beyond moving some small trees and splitting and replanting some of my plants. Things I didn’t expect and really appreciated! They fixed my existing front porch and sidewalk… we had him build a table counter height next to our grill. Don’t hesitate if you are considering using him. He is open to suggestions and will discuss pro and cons to your ideas.
