Today I received a call from a respected business I work with regularly. To my surprise, Servpro badmouthed my company in pursuit of a job. They disrespected our company to solicit business with no validity whatsoever. We have cleaned up dozens of past Servpro jobs due to their lack of professionalism and shotty work because they really don’t care about their clients. As a professional courtesy to them we never bad mouth other companies. That’s poor business etiquette and straight cowardly. I know the made up story is baseless because we always make sure our clients are 100% satisfied when we are done with a job. I chose to keep my business name private for obvious reasons but would love to share our work with everyone. We don’t have to make up false claims about other restoration companies because we stand on our merits and are proud to do so. Maybe Servpro of old bridge should do the same.
