I needed someone to disconnect a gas range because of a recall and someone who will install the replacement range. Trusted that this company would have a good reputation due to the credibility of the reviews, but he completely ruined my fridge.

First of all, I was quoted a cheaper price on the phone, and was charged higher, but I didn’t mind it if my fridge was fixed. After 2 weeks, from him “fixing” my fridge started to frost up, and now is completely warm. The owner didn’t own up on his work, and claimed that I needed new parts. He also had the audacity to charge for extra labor when he didn’t fix it in the first place.

Was charged $375, then he asked for additional $270 for parts and another $150 for labor. If I knew, I would’ve just bought a new fridge.

Will no recommend!

When we woke up this morning, we saw that the LG FRIDGE had stopped working and all the food was melted and had to be discarded.
I called Daniel on 12/13/2024 at 7:59am.
He answered right away and after a few questions, he guided me to call LG customer since the Fridge was still under warranty.
I just can’t believe someone still has so much integrity. Thank you so much, Daniel!
I followed his instructions and after talking to LG customer service, they are sending a guy between 11am and 3pm to check it out. Free of charge.

First time service call and it was great experience! Same day service and it was expedient and detailed, he was very knowledgeable about all appliances including the ones I had that were super dated I am talking from 70/80s appliances! Daniel Ryu was the technician assigned to repair our malfunctioning dryer unit, and he did a marvelous job. At a couple junctures, Daniel noted that we had misplaced necessary items for the repair, yet he remained patient and vigilant not only with ordering those parts for us immediately, but also with coordinating with our family’s schedule so that the job could be finished in the most expeditious fashion possible. Daniel came the same day I called to check on our malfunctioning fridge. We inherited an ancient Sub Zero fridge from previous owners, so we were afraid this was the end of its life. However he was very knowledgeable in Sub Zero, diagnosed the problem right away, and offered reasonable price. He also followed up afterwards to make sure fridge is working properly. I would contact him again should we have any problem with our appliances down the road. Highly recommend!

I was fortunate enough to work w/ Mr. Daniel Ryu when upon returning from a short trip, our trusty GE-profile refrigerator stopped cooling. It was a tough situation because next two days were going to hit 40s and I had dinner company 2 nights later. I called about 5 different vendors that came up and only NJ Appliancetech could come out in the next 2 hours, so I chose them.
Daniel not only came on time, he came prepared with bevy of equipments including an inflatable air lifter. Because my refrigerator was stuck tightly within cabinets, it couldn't be moved manually, but with help of that lifting equipment, he was able to dislodge the fridge and move it out enough to take a look at the back to diagnose the issue.
Daniel thoroughly examined the fridge and explained what are the common things that can go wrong with a fridge: the inverter, the main board, condenser, and the compressor, and did not try to just take an easy way out - buy a new fridge - noting that my fridge is actually a really good one. I already knew that, having also done my research prior to, and I appreciated it when he told me that the board is out, but that he would also order the inverter because without the board working, he doesn't know whether or not the inverter is also faulty. He charged me the trip charge which would go towards the repair (but in this case, a separate trip charge as-is since he has to come back out), and ordered both parts.

Within 2 days, he texted that the parts came in and because I've been really stressed out keeping all of my perishables in precarious situation (large ice box and two paint buckets out in the balcony), I asked him if he can come the same day and he showed up within 2 hours. He got to work, and after about an hour, he replaced the board and told me it's working but that he would hold onto the inverter for 2 days just in case I still have issue.

Overnight, my fridge went from disgusting 66/64 (freezer & fridge temp) to 0/35 and I was able to bring everything in just in time for my dinner guests ice cream to avoid meltdown. He followed up in 2 days to confirm that everything is working so that he could return the inverter.

I do my research and consider myself fairly competent about repair stuff, and I was very satisfied with Mr. Ryu's service which not only fixed the main issue so efficiently, but to educate the consumer. His charges were fair, and his expertise & communication were both outstanding. He's exactly the kind of repair technician you want to do business with.

Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. Washer was leaking and he knew immediately the cause. He knew a fix for it but said it would only be temporary and to fix the entire washer it’ll cost more than buying a new washer. Through him, he recommended a few washers to purchase and some tips on how to keep the washer functioning for a long time. I even texted him some questions about the new washer and he responded immediately. Highly recommend
