Feldman Brothers is one of the best electrical suppliers for contractors in New Jersey. I had been purchasing materials for over 40+ years. They are hard negotiators but fear. You can depend on them.

After trying to find a power cord for my generator and going to almost every electric supply company without success and electrician recommend Feldman's, I call then with then 5 minutes they return my call and told me that the cord be at the counter for pick up, 10 minutes later I had the cord in my hand, the guys were very helpful and cordial, thanks to everyone at Feldman electric, it was worth the trip to Paterson

Got what I needed and at a good price. There was a dedicated staff member in charge of making sure covid-19 protocols were kept. Also, there was mandatory disinfectant solution for hands sanitation.

Two weeks ago I bought two light fixtures for a medicine cabinet. Today, I went to exchange one of them to get a smaller size. The light was in perfect condition back in its original box with its receipt. The salesman took everything out of the box and mad a big mess and then called an old man with grey hair ( the owner) told him she wants to return that big mess. That old man yelled and called me a nasty woman when I heard that I froze I didn’t know what happen, I couldn’t believe it. I never experience anything like that. What kind of a man can insult a woman, sorry to call him a man he must be a wild animal and then they exchanged the light for a smaller size and refused to refund me the difference in price? Never Again go back to that place. I want to give zero stars.

Very bad customer service! They might be ok but supply from I’m not sure but never, never have them install anything for you or service anything for you. I have paid over 10k for lutron system that does not work correctly and they don’t have covers and they keep telling me is the company fault bc they are located in PR and they where hit by the storm. But after talking to the company I found out that was a lie. Now it’s been over 1 year and I’m still getting the run around. DO NOT TRUS WHAT THEY TELL YOU BC ITS ALL BS.

Some VERY NASTY AND RUDE men work there especially the one that handles the mail. I never had to deal with someone that makes snotty remarks in front of a customer. They are not even worth my one star. Disgusting!!!

If I could rate this business zero stars I would. The ownership is absolutely abysmal. Chuck the owner has zero respect for anyone he doesn't know and isn't willing to lend a hand or even an ear to anyone. This is not how business is run and it's easy to see why they don't have a larger following in the Northeast region. Don't waste your time with this place, head over to Cooper Electric, A Van Electric or Grainger all who take the time to talk to their customers and help when needed.

My electrician recommended going here for switches after a very disappointing trip to Lowes. Service was great and the salesperson was patient even to a novice like me. They had plenty of inventory. Good luck getting all of the switches you need for a whole house anywhere other than here.

Great, fast service at the counters. Upstairs there is a lighting design center that is managed and staffed by excellent people who are the experts that even a contractor would need from time to time. They can work with people who need direction for redoing one residence, as well as support an enterprise-wide lighting design and implementation. Excellent service all around. Thanks.

I'm renovating a complete house and these guys have helped me out a lot. Jeff and Anthony have been very professional in taking care of all my orders. They always help me bring everything to my car, very courteous.

I went here to purchase a unique light switch which cost $67.00 to try and resolve an issue I was having with a light fixture. I discussed the issue with one of their employees, he advised to give it a try and if it didn't work just bring it back. Today I went back to return the switch, which I connected for approximately 1 minute and discovered that it did not resolve the issue. The switch was in perfect condition back in its original box with its receipt. This employee now tells me that they can not except it because I hooked it up, well maybe you should educate your employees on company policy.

The very best place to buy electrical supplies. A tremendous inventory and a vast amount of knowledge for the guys that have been there for several years now. Whatever you going to get they will have one of their experts on that particular item or items. Been going there for many many years and it's the only place that I trust you're going to get what you want at a fair price not be disappointed cuz they sell quality products! He is knowledgeable, a great guide who knows his products, he stayed in contact n got my delivery out the door n to me within days. N I feel u can't beat the quality n the prices.
