Be warned! Not reliable
I called to set up an appointment on Wednesday. They said they had Thursday 2-5p and a relatively low service charge. They wait until Thursday at 3p to tell me there was “car trouble”. Next available the following Wednesday. Poor professionalism, poor management, likely to jerk you around.

Our dishwasher was leaking significant amount of water so we decided to call for appliance repair. Appliance Repair Red Bank was there to do the job. I got connected right away when I called them and they sent an expert to take care of the issue immediately, which was resolved.

Technician showed up took our money, claimed he ordered a part. We waiting for a month no one called or had the courtesy to tell us what part exactly. Said they are refunding us. Its been 2 weeks never received a refund. Just lie after lie and the worst customer service ever experienced. Spent nearly 40 hours on the phone trying to get our fridge issue resolved. Out the money and the time
