He followed up with a chimney maintenance service and discovered structural wear that needed a chimney repair service. Fil and his team at Balitano construction are phenomenal. From day #1 the communication was exceptional. The team was patient with us and met us at the supply store and walked us through all of our available options. I bring this up because many contractors will supply you with a pamphlet with minimal options, designs and colors to choose from. That was definitely not the case with Fil and his team. They took the time to meet my wife and I at the supply store and walk us through all of the available options to us. Fil himself was routinely at the job site checking in and monitoring the job and holding his brand accountable.

I would also like to raise another topic in this review. As with many jobs, sometimes there are unexpected things that may occur. I had chosen Cambridge pavers for my pool patio. Due to nobody's fault, unfortunately when the pavers arrived, some of them had slight defects. Fil responded to the job site and agreed, and was immediately in contact with his representative from Cambridge. Within the week, two representatives from their warranty team were on site and immediately rectified the matter. I bring this up to the reader here, because this is where a great company separates themselves from the others. When things go wrong, how does a company respond?

Balitano construction proved to me that they take quality customer service extremely serious and I fully recommend them.
