They made major repair of my balcony, including beams, floor and railing replacement. The job was done in two days. Quick response, reasonable price, good quality work, friendly service. Will consider this company for the next project and will definitely recommend them.

On Feb 6th, as recommended by Sokol / SB, replaced roof and SB had assured and given warranty that his Team’s work is going to last for many years to come. The whole process from estimation, follow-up, communication, work execution and closure were very impressive. Sokol and his crew were very time and work conscious. I wish to give 5 star ratings for this task and would not hesitate to recommending SB to others.

Our family was in need of a new deck to be installed at our home. Sokol and his team did just that. They installed composite decking which also went right to our pool. Great price! Great experience!

My front porch along with my driveway was just a disaster after all the years it just looked a mess. I reached out to Mr Sokol the man in charge and explained what the situation was. The very next morning mr Sokol came out to my house and did a free estimate , explained how long what he will be doing and why the products he will be using is the best for what my property needs to sustain its look for the years to come. Mr Sokol always asked me before the job started what today’s plans were. I felt like I had a lot to say in the job. Did a small part of my foundation wall during the winter season, looks pretty good (it's been months). Also he fixed the tiles in my bathroom, the job is great, perfect. Only thing that I am not very optimistic about is the sistering of the wood joist, did not use metal bracket or big bolts to attach/mount the beam, instead, only the nails were used, I thought it was not strong enough for this type of big beam. But everything else looks perfect and price is fair.

I would highly recommend SB Construction as they are extremely reliable, professional and very capable carpenters. I hired SB Construction to repair my roof leak. I was surprised how quickly they responded and how quick they came to inspect the roof. My deck was in very bad shape and needed a major makeover. Sokol and Leo came to check it out and within a day I had a quote. Their price was almost exactly what I had in mind to spend so the job was theirs.

After trying five contractors ( 5 ) and the high price for the project , i was about to give up, then I called SB General Construction.
within a few hours, Sokol, the owner arrived, he looked at the project and quoted me a fair and decent price, he was hired.
When the day of the work arrived, he and his team were prompted, hard working and very professional.
they did a great job on my stairs.
I was so impressed, I hired him for another job in my basement.

I used SB general to build a trex deck for me at the lake in late 2022-early 2023. It was a large project, with two levels of the deck, covering approx 900 square ft, with the two deck levels connected via a spiral staircase. It also needed several rounds of permits from the town. Sokol and his entire crew was very professional, responsive and diligent in completing the project and their attention to detail was superb! Sokol also went to the town multiple times for the permit process. For the deck of that size, I definitely think I got a very fair and very good price from Sokol, and considering the quality of the work done, I am so glad I used Sokol and SB General for this work.
Also, I would like to add - Sokol and his entire team are really nice people, and I really appreciated working with him.
To summarize - great construction company and people to work with, great quality and great value, with work done at a very fair price! I am so happy I used Sokol rather than the other deck contractors I had talked to…
One last thing - I also used SB to repair my concrete steps down to the deck, and they did a very good job.
