General Contractor reviews in Somerdale, New Jersey

They took on my project as the general contractor. The job consisted of a kitchen remodel, support beam install, partial bathroom reno, front and side door replacements. THREE MONTHS LATER, the bathroom is incomplete, kitchen is incomplete, front door hasn't even arrived yet (they supposedly ordered it), and the side door hasn't been started. They show up for an hour or two a day then leave, don't show up for days at a time, and make up excuse after excuse as to why the aren't there. Communication is non-existent and they take zero responsibility for any mistakes or negligence. After over paying them for the minimal work completed, I fired them and found my own people to complete the job after my family has been displaced from my home for three months. This was after they told me it would be 100% complete in two... sadly, everyone I've spoke to that's used them for renovation work had the same story. Don't waste your time and money with them.

They were all professional and a pleasure to work with. I plan to use them anytime I have any projects that I would need that expertise for. They also finished right on time even with an almost 2 week weather delay!

This is the second concrete job All Serve has done for me - patio extension/walkway in 2023 and driveway this year. Excellent quality work on both occasions. Bob is a great contractor to work with. Crew was prompt and courteous. Kept disruption of my property to a minimum and great cleanup after completion. Highly recommend!
