The cashier assisted my mom with packing the groceries and getting her out the door

I bought a hard drive for my computer, it cost me $126, and when I got home, the hard drive wasn't in the box. They refused to give me a refund or exchange the product because I have no way of proving that the box was empty. I simply lost the money, and they didn't help me. What do they expect me to do if I can't prove that the box was empty?

They really did a great job! They got all these giant thick trees down so fast & safely. They didn’t ruin anything in the yard or my neighbors yard. Everyone was nice and very hardworking. I couldn’t believe how fast they did it all! They cleaned up well too!

They don't know how to finish a job, been waiting six months to grind my stump, they don't show up for appointment

bad experience, don't pick up the phone, don't show up when they are suppose, left trash in my yard, don't clean up after themselves, had to call another company to finish the job, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Cut part of my fence in the back to make easy to get to back.yard.ruined 2 sections of the fence .left a mess .I had to call them back and they don’t answer when they see it’s my number .,Had to use a friends phone for them to answer because they didn’t recognize the number.was told stump would be removed but did not tell me someone else would remove it until the work was done.Then I was told it would be removed in 3 to 10 days.after multiple calls the stump was removed 6 weeks later.Very frustrated and unhappy with this company would not recommend to anyone.

This company is horrible!! They never completed the job. Left the tree with a 3 ft stump. Said the stump guy would get it. Never came. They just give you the run around. We had to another tree company to finish the job. They are very. Unprofessional!!!!
