I've used Coit twice for dryer duct cleaning over the past 2 years. I have no complaints. Technicians were professional and courteous during both visits and did a good job.

I've used Coit services twice. Both times we had Charles as our technician. He was thoughtful courteous and thorough in completing the jobs we hired him for. I'm a very satisfied customer. If you're lucky enough to get Charles you'll know you're going to get a job well done.

I was very pleased with the dryer vent cleaning that Coit provided for my home last week. The men who came were professional and very careful with my belongings. The dryer is on the second floor so they had to carry the equipment up the stairs and didn't hit or damage anything. They did not leave until I was satisfied with the work. I loved the May coupon deal and will recommend Coit to others.

I had Steve & Josh clean my sectional couch and carpet. They did a great job! They were on time, professional and communicated what they were doing at every step of the process. I would recommend them, and COIT Somerdale for any cleaning needs.

We are very happy with the gentleman that came to do the dryer vent cleaning. He was courteous, he knew just what had to be done and even though we had a stubborn clog that took some time to find, he continued until it was cleared and running great. Definitely will use this company again in 1 year.

DO NOT USE them. Was quoted one price and when service guy gets here (who was so nice and professional) he had to tell me there is an additional $25 charge for supplies and $5 for gas. I was getting upholstery cleaning. Also the fee changed. Nicole said I told her wrong pieces of furniture! NOT! WTH?? When you call for a quote every fee should be included. When I called to ask the sweet Nicole I talked to last week she was not professional and nice

COIT saved the day when my toddler had an accident on our friends' suede chaise. The customer service desk rep seamlessly scheduled a technician to arrive within 3 hours - our friends described him as friendly and knowledgeable - and the chaise looks great again. So thankful they were able to work so quickly and expertly.

I made an appointment online to have my draperies cleaned and had to change the time. I called the 800 number and was able to change the day and time without any problem. The gentleman called me on the day of the appointment and arrived at the appointed time. They were informative and gave me the quote, along with a "holiday" discount. They wrote up the paperwork and took my drapes. They came back, 1 week later, at the correct time and re-hung the drapes. They look beautiful (and smell great). All I can say is.....PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I will definitely refer you guys to my friends and family and of course will use you again, when the time is needed.

Took 6 hours to clean dryer vent, super clogged from previous condo owner. Sent a truck that didn't have the power to clean the vents. Also had HVAC vents cleaned. They wanted to charge $150. to use camera to prove vents were clear. I said no. Cleaned outside air conditioner, but left debris in unit.
He didn't have proper equipment, had to borrow my equipment. Charged us 694.00 for their service. Will not use in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Jordan for air duct cleaning and by two other men (didn't get their names) for chimney cleaning. They were friendly and service was fast and clean. They explained everything and offered me additional services, but it wasn't a hard sell. I appreciated knowing what was offered and how to maintain my home. I will definitely use them again.

COIT did my dryer vent and heating /ac vents. I wasn’t told of an extra charge for “removing” the dust. Paid $370.46 on 3-11 and noticed my air return register and 2 other registers were bent where they inserted the cleaning hose. When I called and asked Nicole if someone could come out and repair them, I was told I would be sent $50 for the bent registers to purchase new ones. The size of my air return register is $65 to buy at Home Depot and I would need an installer( extra charge). I finally saw the $50 check thanks to Laura. After 2 months of calling- and emails, -they said they never received anything from me- thank you Laura for being proactive. Sadly, still I’m dusting just as often as before. I thought a decent vent cleaning would help the air quality. I wouldn’t use COIT again for any service in my house.

I work for a pediatric dentist, we are on the second floor and have meter parking. The first time one year ago we used COIT they didn't bring a portable cleaner but luckily was able to get a spot out front. They were very nice however the stains in the carpet came back up after 2 weeks. But since their customer service was so nice I decided to give them a second chance and one of our other locations even used them. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out on a Saturday, the window was from 10:00am-12:00pm I scheduled it weeks in advance so it was on a day we were closed. We got all the furniture off the carpets prior to the appointment. I came in on Saturday my day off, live 30 minutes away, had to bring my 2 year old daughter with me. at 12:00 after already being here for 2 hours the tech calls me and says he's on a huge job and cant get here till 2:00. I said that's unacceptable I cant stay that long and I cant come back. They had no other techs to send out and said they'd schedule me on a day that works for me. They also informed me that the tech was late to work that day so that was why he'd be super late getting to me. So now his tardiness effects me, my daughter, my time and my employers money. All a huge waste of time and money. They refused to discount the invoice due to their mistakes and their irresponsible employee so I cancelled the rescheduled appointment and our 8 location business will never use their services again. Hired them for air vent cleaning, quote wasn’t even close to the price so we ended up only doing the top floor, technician showed up an hour early when I specifically called them and told them to come at 9. The technician was rude and left the door open without telling me and my cat could have ran away. Once he was done he told me he busted my wall and chipped paint in my babies room and only took off $40 to fix it. I won’t be using them again.

Excellent service by Steve and Gavin. Fast, professional, and friendly. Answered questions I had. Price was great. Really appreciated that outside debris from dryer vent was cleaned up. Definitely would recommend this company.

We discovered a leak in our basement that turned out to be a huge project. The leak was behind my kitchen cabinet and wru. down into my basement. COIT came out quickly, removed my cabinets in the kitchen and the sheet rock in the basement what we found was a nightmare! They contained the area, cleaned and sanitized, worked with my contractor and insurance company making it very easy for me. They were neat, professional and took care of my home as if it were their own. I cannot say enough about Bill, Brandon, Chris and Steve!!! I would definitely recommend them if you want the job done right!!

I had an emergency water damage issue that was handled professionally, promptly, courteously and cleanly by all the technicians, especially Chris Grater and Steve Lalena. I have nothing negative to say about my experience with COIT Somerdale. They really helped me out and everyone was so nice. Thank you guys and I will be calling you again!

On Tuesday July 9th Charles from Coit came to clean the carpet in my entire house. He did an Excellent job!!! My carpets look brand new. He was very professional and it didn't take a long time. My carpets look sooo nice!!! Thank you Charles for your dedication and quality work at Coit!!!

COIT was very easy to get in touch with and they were able to schedule my appointment very quickly. The guys arrived on time, were pleasant, clean and did the job very efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to if you need your dryer vents cleaned. Price seemed competitive too!

COIT just came out to do dryer vent cleaning. It was easy to get an appointment, which I appreciated because my dryer was giving me an error message about air flow. Jaquel and Josh performed the cleaning service. Clog eliminated! They were pleasant, respected my home, and efficiently handled my problem. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: COIT just cleaned two upholstered pieces (sofa and loveseat) and cleaned several area rugs/runners for me. I am delighted! Charles explained everything before he started, including how he could not guarantee stain removal. Understood. But he worked his magic and the pieces look brand new! I felt the pricing was reasonable. His service was exemplary.

My appointment window was set for 12 to 4 PM. Technician called me at like 8 in the morning telling me that they were on their way over. Technician blamed corporate for the website (which is what we used to schedule the appointment). They left doors as wide open as possible without warning. We were very worried that our cats had gotten out. Technician couldn't care less. According to him, it was our fault for not being ready. Little by little, price went up, and up, and up. Also, they didn't warn us about dust getting everywhere in bathrooms (had to throw out numerous items afterwards). There was also mentioning of a clog, but absolutely no help/solution from them regarding it.
Thank you! Next time I get this service done, I'll definitely know better. Never again.
