I was leaving for a trip when I went to the basement to get the last thing so I could leave and my feet were suddenly wet. I was overwhelmed getting 3 kids out of the house and now this disaster. I had heard of serv pro but never used them. I called and within an hour they had 2 guys with 4 fans and a dehumidifier in my basement. They were professional, reliable, and truly lifesavers. I wish I could call them to fix all of life’s disaster. My trip was saved and I am a now a huge fan of serv pro. From the first moment of my call they put me at ease which was what I needed just as much as the physical labor. The price was great. Well worth every penny. Had I done it all myself I would have saved some money, but paid that amount and more in chiropractor bills. Plus I would have always worried that mold grew cause I wasn’t a professional. I guess Serv pro stands for service professionals and the name fits

Not an ideal situation to call late afternoon on Friday, but ServPro came through. So thankful to everyone! Our sump pump failed and I went into the basement to find about 2 inches of water. ServPro took care of the situation in about 3 hours, wish I had called sooner. I tried nearly all day and made no progress. If you are ever in an emergency situation, call them. They are wonderful. Everyone at the company is really great. Thank you again!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service ServPro of Piscataway provided in drying out and cleaning up my basement. Debbie Hagel answered my questions by phone and came to my home shortly afterwards. She went over what needed to be done and pricing. Her crew, headed by Chris, arrived on time and got the job done expertly. Their equipment finished the job of drying out my basement and they picked the equipment up 5 days later. I highly recommend ServPro of Piscataway.
