I called the owner Steve for an estimate on my girlfriend’s roof, because it was leaking. Steve set an appointment for 5 pm and never called to let me know that he wasn’t showing up. I seen Steve in person and asked him why didn’t he show up and he told me oh well. He is very unprofessional! I would not recommend Muscle Roofing to anyone!!

Incredible service from this company! Their crew performed Dryer Vent Cleaning, Mold Remediation, and Chimney Repair all in one visit. They were respectful, efficient, and left the workspace cleaner than before. The Airduct Cleaning improved the air quality immediately. They also handled Attic Insulation and a quick Roofing checkup. The team’s professionalism and attention to detail stood out the most. If you want reliable, honest, and skillful technicians, this is definitely the company to call!

Happened on the Sunday they responded in 90 minutes, got to work right away to help mitigate whatever mold and additional damage they could, excellent results would recommend them highly.

I used ServPro in the past and was pleased. However, I recently called ServPro in the middle of Hurricane Ida. The first office location I called added me to the list and then texted me a little while later to say they wouldn't come to me because they were too busy. The second location I called took my information and never got back to me. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard from them. I will never use them again.
