They dented the hood of my truck from a rock they kicked up with their lawnmower. Refused to take responsibility and or cover cost of damages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have use this service for 5 years. This year had many problems with them. Lawn turn brown. Most of it ended up drying. they also stop my service because they advised no payment had been made. Called them after I noticed the lawn just getting taller. I called and I was treated really bad. I was surprised that after paying the thousands of dollars for years that was the way I was treated. They charged around $289 to send someone after 1 month. Stating they had to cut grass twice. Which it wasn't true. I had pay another company when they didn't show up. When i called The manager made me feel like I was stealing from them. I was treated so bad. Scream at, and hang up on it. The new company came two times during the time their service was discontinued .. grass was normal.
I am extremely disappointed after 4 year the service has just gotten really bad and they took my money and didn't want to return it. Few times i notice the charge but no service. But i am busy. I dont ahve time to call until now. I called they told me they were going to look in to it 2 weeks ago. as of today they have no call me back. People working your loan okay.
But after checking my credit card.people inside schedule your services and handelling your credit card and account give the worst service. Be very careful Pay attention on what they charge every month. Sometimes they don't show up and still charge your cc. And other times they will over charge you.
