Was looking for a reliable service for Pakistani rug cleaning and decided to try this one. The rug had a few stains and looked quite dull before. They collected it from my home and handled everything professionally. When it came back, the difference was noticeable. The stains were gone, and the rug felt fresh again. The colors also looked a bit brighter, which was nice to see.

Fries softy, hamburger tasted funny. Not sanitary. Would not go back. Used to be a favorite.

This was my first time using a pro cleaning service, Nataliya is fantastic. She was en route during heavy school traffic and her timely update allowed me time to run a few extra errands before her arrival. I only had to give her a brief summary of my wants and she over exceeded my expectations. As a small business owner, I feel small businesses always give a more personable experience. This service is absolutely testimony of that. I'd like to add that i called on a Thursday and was given an appointment for Monday, I basically wished on a star when asking her if it was possible she could do anything sooner as I was hoping to have company. She got me a squeeze appointment for Friday. Amazing!

100% recommend Dryer Vent Wizard. Every month I would receive a notification on my dryer telling me the air flow was 80% blocked. The vent was as high as my roof, and we saw lint building up around it, but could not get to it. We also noticed a bulge (water damage). My laundry was not always drying. Keith from Dryer Vent Wizard came out within the week, ran a diagnostic, fixed my ventilation, vent, and put silicone around the vent the right way to avoid water damage. The reason I had all these issues, was because my plumber cut corners and did a horrible job when the house was built. Keith fixed everything. I 100% recommend dryer vent wizard. Don't be discouraged by the fee they charge to come to your house, this was only because I lived out of the area, and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY. The price they charged us for Keith's services was so reasonable, and again, worth every penny. I will always use Dryer Vent Wizard and I absolutely recommend you do too!

This was our first service call with Dryer Vent Wizard. Our technician, Keith had a full understanding of the scope of work needed to clear out our dryer vents. We needed several upgrades for our washer, dryers and vents and they had all the parts to complete the job the same day. Our tech was meticulous during the clean-up process. We were extremely happy with the work performed and are highly recommended.

Keith was fantastic. Called on Monday and the service was performed on Tuesday. Called to confirm the appointment. Arrived on-time! Wore a mask and was extremely professional! Highly recommend this dryer vent cleaning service. I called Monday morning and got an appointment 2 days later. I had NEVER had our vent system cleaned (very bad) and was apparently totally blocked. Keith did a great job, was very professional, cleaned up and finished quickly to fix our dryer problem ("Check Vent" light on all settings). Air is finally flowing freely from the outside vent!!! I will be calling them once a year now to do this.

We had our dryer vent blown out 1ce a year. It was still clogged and Keith found the problem. It now works like a dream.

I just had service performed by Keith of Dryer Vent Wizard.
My dryer exhaust system was completely blocked with lint and possible fire hazard.
Keith performed a thorough inspection and explained in detail what the problem was and what needed to be done .
He also noted that my foil duct work in attic is not up to code with fire dept , and would fail inspection if anyone came out.
He quoted me the exact cost to me which I felt was very fair .
He obviously is extremely knowledgeable which I found refreshing after bad experience in past .
He performed the job completely, cleaned up afterwards and even double checked my dryer at my request

He was very professional, thorough, and completed the service in an extremely timely manner. He also provided me with important information regarding dryer safety and proper installation. It's often difficult to find a reliable service but I'm happy to say that Dryer Vent Wizard will be my "go to" for any future dryer servicing needs.

My experience with Dryer Vent Wizard and their technician Kyle was exceptionally well and led to my issue being resolved to my complete satisfaction.

On the day of the appointment, Kyle gave me an appropriate courtesy call before coming, which allowed me to be ready for his arrival since it was an early morning appointment. Before calling Dryer Vent Wizard, i had multiple other contractors come to look at the problem, just for all of them to leave without resolving the problem whatsoever. When i called Kyle, he arrived ready to go with all the necessary tools and a problem-solving mindset. He was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong, how previous contractors did not do the job up to code, and how he plans to provide me with his exceptional services for the best possible price.

What seemed to be a very extensive issue, turned out to be a fairly quick fix with Kyle, since he knew exactly what he was doing, what parts to use, and how exactly to fix the exact issue i was dealing with.
