We have been dealing with Sanders home services for many years and had heat pump system in
Two years ago . They have done a great job with
Install and Service to our home.

My issue was low water volume for both front and back outside faucets. Randy quickly assessed the problem and reconfigured the water lines to fit the new valve which is much easier for me to get to when shutting off the water for the winter. The water pressure is great. Randy is efficient, pleasant and knowledgable.
I use Sanders Home Services for my plumbing issues. I've had Randy come for a repair before and he was just as efficient, pleasant and knowledgable this time as the last.

The workers came out did the job work was outstanding. Did a great job cleaning up, we're very very satisfied great people great personalities and great work.

Great heater service as always. It was wonderful to see Preston training one of the next group of techs, showing how to work and how to treat customers.

Great group of guys. Very prompt and informative. Very professional and let work area cleaner then when they started working. Deff a 5 star + in my book.

We hired Sanders home services to replace our hot water heater. Josue and Brandon came to our home and to do the job. They were very friendly and professional. They got it installed in less than 2 hours with the upgraded unit. Sanders Home Services also replaced our heater a few years back so we always know we're getting great service when we hire them!

The technician Randy was very professional. He kept use informed about what was wrong with our drain and pump. Randy then let us know what caused the problem and what needed to be done to solve the problem we were having.

I have had Joe Rodden at my home to repair facet & also to replace faucet. Also, Joe also fixed my dishwasher. Now today he was here about my faucet. Sump pump replacement while water continuously emptying into the well. Randy successfully replaced the old pump without any flooding.

Bill is the most impressive person we ever worked with and he’s extremely knowledgeable and a great leader. Also every single person who works for this company is just as impressive. Everything is done on time and complete as we visualized.

Had annual inspections done for my HVAC. I was annoyed to find out later that the tech had thrown away my high quality, pleated MERV 13 filter (which was dated and less than 30 days old) and replaced it with a cheap, $1 MERV 1 filter. This happened without any conversation with me. I specifically use a higher MERV filter because I have pets and a child with allergies. MERV 1 is a useless filter for pet dander. If Sanders is going to downgrade my filtration so significantly and throw out a perfectly good filter that’s 15x more expensive than what they are putting in, they should at least ask first. The HVAC tech had a trainee so I don’t know if this was an issue with education or just bad practice on Sander’s part.

I always find Sander’s staff to be knowledgeable and polite, but finding this out after dealing with increased allergy symptoms has really frustrated me.

Anyone from Sanders is always professional, on time and does great work. Randy Kenny has been doing our plumbing work for years. Highly recommend!

We have always had excellent service with Sanders. They have served us faithfully for over 9+ years. We find the service technicians very capable as well as friendly and polite! Brandon was great this last service. They always explain what is going on as well as what needs to be done ( which helps us to plan for upcoming needs). Great company to work with!

Preston, the HVA technician was terrific. He quickly diagnosed the problem and developed the plan to repair and carried through. We were very confident that he would do a quality repair on our Carrier unit.

Thanks to his patience, diligence, knowledge, and expertise, he was able to discover that the leak actually originated from the 2nd floor bathroom line. He identified, isolated, and repaired the leaky pipe with ease and confidence that he put my all my fears to rest.
