I'm pretty sure most/all the reviews here are fake. If you look, they're mostly generic names, many of which have only ever reviewed this place. I called this company, got an answering service, and ended up with a guy coming out who climbed up on my roof, took a photo with his phone, and tried to sell me a completely unnecessary $500 chimney cleaning (which he then lowered to $350 after I balked). That is not a Level 1 chimney inspection. He asked for payment by cash or Venmo, another red flag. Would not recommend.
