Call back is a bit slower than I like but they did hopefully resolve the leak issue that cropped up recently. It was over 5 1/2 years since the installation and I thought the price was quite competitive and reasonable.

It would have been really nice if they called us to cancel rather than just not showing up. It was raining and we planned our day around the appointment. Just goes to show how they would be if we actually gave them the job.

Roof was done. That’s the only good thing I have to say. They destroyed my front and side garden. Plants and flowers had the old shingles smashed on top of them. All my black mulch is covered in old wood and crudd and insulation. They didn’t arrive until after 9am and were banging until 9pm exactly. This “one” day job turned into 3. Very disrespectful to the property. Will never use or recommend to anyone not even a person that I don’t care for.

Terry and his team were so nice and their pricing was way better than the competition and service was Top Notch. Honestly couldn't complain about a thing. They replaced the roof on the back side of my house.

My roof lost many shingles Christmas Eve. Terry was highly recommended. He responded quickly. He did not use and unidentified number to call. His estimate was in line with the insurance. The old roof was moved. Tarps were placed over windows and on ground for debris. When finished, all debris was placed in a trailer, covered with tarp, and removed. It was done in January. They even raked.

Needed some shingles replaced. Terry knocked out 5 different places on my roof in about 20 minutes. Pricing was fair. They fixed a piece of roof flashing for us a few years back too. Good contractor. Will be using them again in the future.
