This company is a complete scam. They double-billed me and refuse to provide a refund, taking $1500 in the process. I've tried calling multiple times daily, but their responses are always empty promises - they never follow through. This has happened at least five times. When trying to register my AC unit's warranty, they're unhelpful and unwilling to provide necessary information, leaving me frustrated with their lack of transparency and customer support.
