Very unprofessional leaf blowing and debris removal service with little regard for the people around them. They were blowing large amounts of dirt, dust, and debris into the air without any concern for nearby residents or pedestrians. The workers themselves were not even wearing masks, which suggests they have little concern for their own health, let alone anyone else’s.

The equipment and vehicles they were using also appeared poorly maintained and unprofessional, which only added to the impression of a very low-quality operation. Overall, the entire situation felt careless and inconsiderate to the surrounding community.

This company came and did landscaping at my apartment complex today . The workers purposely blew sticks , and leaves inside my hallway and blew leaves and dirt all over my couches through the window . The workers were doing this to antagonize my dog . I asked them to come and clean the leaves out , the whole time they are laughing and joking . They do this all the time on purpose because they think it's funny to mess with my dog . I have a small animal and they could have blown sticks and dirt into his mouth and eyes trying to be funny . Very unprofessional!

Wish there was zero stars. Terrible company to deal with for winter storm management. They sub contract their work And based off the other reviews they seem to not care about their customers which really shows

He was always reliable for me when plowing the lot or Landscaping the premises. Awesome guy and great business!

Terrible company. The landscapers have no respect for personal property. They us my apartment complex parking lot as storage for material. They use the bobcat at 4am to rearrange boxes of salt they are currently storing in parking spaces. No respect whatsoever with this company!

This is my second season with WUG and I am thoroughly impressed with their work. They made my yard look beautiful, pansies everywhere! They are always on time, polite and get my lawn perfect! They have never been direspectful. I wonder how you treat them? At any rate I am very pleased! And I use Dear Solutions to keep the deer far away!

We hired Watch Us Grow to install a walk way and retaining walls for our walk out basement. Both failed with in the first season. No drainage was installed and out foot drains were covered up resulting our basement flooding. Watch us grow has avoided us and did not stand up to their work. The walk way and retaining walls had to be completely reinstalled correctly by another landscaper.

Colin and his crew are simply the best. When I contacted Colin I didn’t even think it was possible to fix my backyard. When he came in he had a vision of what would look great. We ended up doing a brand new stone patio along with a fire pit. Now my backyard feel like a resort.

Once the project started I met his team. Hands down the nicest group of guys you’ll ever meet. Not only were they hard workers. Whenever we had questions they were happy to answer them.

If you need a landscape company Schmitt & Co should be your first call. They’ll take there time and work with you to make your dream yard come true.

Steer clear away from Colin.
They say if you think its hard finding a good contractor wait until you need a good landscaper. Truer words could not have been spoken.
I am a new homeowner and got screwed by a contractor who left my entire yard full of nails and glass debris, beer bottles and construction debris and refused to come back and clean up.

The same thing just happened with this pathetic excuse for a landscaper.
My neighbor warned me mid job but it was too late... I could not have chosen a worse "landscaper" than this. Completely exploited my good nature and my ignorance in homeownership.

My yard was full of nails and construction debris. I paid him significantly extra to clean it up. Told him I had young kids and was worried and all he did was put my kids in danger by shoveling TONS of screws and construction debris within 1" under the soil with a rake. ALL OVER THE PROPERTY. He also left poison iv in my yard. I didn't know it was poison iv until I broke out in a rash. A landscaper however, SHOULD. My landscaper after this ordeal identified it immediately and I didn't even mention it to him yet.

Observing Colin work , he is a very very poor manager and should not be in a position to manage others. I dont know how a man like this can run a business. Hence my experience.

Still, I gave him a chance and waited until the finished product to say anything. Big mistake. If I was smart I should have fired him after witnessing the job being botched. He is there 10 percent of the time to "direct" his workers he most certainly finds at home depo and slaps sweaters on them.

He did a poor job of grading my lawn and pushed to take the job over a different quote I got by badmouthing the other landscaper I got a quote from showing me pictures of his "bad" work.
I should have seen that as a red flag before I hired him. Lesson learned.

He saw a nice house and decided to take advantage of my situation. He had no intention to continue business otherwise he would have don't a much better job. I will be taking him to small claims court. His business is likely on its last legs as he was nearly desperate to do more work.

He begged me to pay him at the end telling me he has kids and I have such a big house that its nothing for me. And like an idiot I did under the condition he come back and make it right. I never heard from him again after paying him for 80 percent of the "work" he did.

I will be updating with photos soon to show you just how bad this is. I paid this guy $5,200 for 2.5 days of horrible work, if you can even call it that. This costed me much more as a different landscaper must basically redo this.

Should have seen the signs... I hope I saved other people money with this review.

Colin has no business being a landscaper and after watching him work, has absolutely no skills managing and directing others. If you want your project managed by some dude with a hobby, be my guest and hire this guy. If you want a professional, RUN.

Rockland County consumer affairs will now be helping me with this matter along with small claims court. What a mess.
