Damn hard working electricians I have ever seen!

I talked to Aaron about getting an estimate for some electrical work at the sawmill market. Not a big job should have been very simple. He sent Royce to meet me and see what I had in mind. We discussed and i was told that they woudl be in touch. The general contractor called me and we talked about what I needed and he said there woudl be no problem for Evergreen to do the work . I called them back three more times and left messages to call me. I even talked to the general manager at Evergreen and he said that Aaron would call me back when he got off the phone. It has been 3 days and have not heard a word. Don't bother with them not worth the time.

Poulin made getting solar easy. They helped set up financing and got me generating my own power.

Great experience! Professional and good communication. They came in $2000 less than the competition for the exact same setup. Highly recommend!

Everyone from sales to installation was fantastic. This is a responsive, caring team.

Working with Mario was the best experience possible.

All the workers were great, on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. They even replaced screws missing from my electrical panel that the builder had neglected to put it.

Had them come out once for initial assessment and was told we could do some solar for less to power 1/2 of the house. They returned with their “expert” and got a price well above what we said we could afford, even with whole house. Don’t think the rep has the knowledge to be making the claims he did. We were very disappointed.

The Poulin team managed a somewhat complex solar install. The prep and permitting process was complicated. The team maintained strong communication throughout.

I have had my system for almost one year and it was great the first 10 months then winter came and less kw energy was made by my solar panels that I ended up having a $203. electric bill and Feb is $131. I believe I should have had more panels to cover the low sun energy to cover my heating bills. The panels are placed on a West facing side which should have been on the south side to get more winter sunlight.
They also didn't factor in that the sun goes down behind this large hill (Sandia Mts). I should have researched this investment prior to making this big expense. Ask a lot of questions and research!

Made an appointment for solar sales and the sales person never showed up or called or texted or even sent an e mail! It has been 4 days since that happened and still no follow up! Good that they have enough business not to need mine!

Not sure where all these 5 stars are coming from.

...During the initial visit the company owner Steve did a long presentation on a laptop computer that did not have any specialty software. An excel spreadsheet was used, which is not a big deal, but looked kinda primitive comparing to the other companies. Steve operated grossly false numbers to demonstrate financial feasibility, such as 'projected annual PNM bill increase of 9%' , that itself is quite ridiculous (in fact, the rates are going up by 3.9 % in 2018 and and 3.4% in 2019 according to PNM files settlement in general rate case). He also showed a couple of poorly photocopied graphs showing how solar panel prices are starting to increase, that clearly contradicts well known market trends. Steve's prices were the highest among 6 bids we received from the closest competitors and $7,000 higher than the second highest bid for an ~8kW system.
Steve was quite pushy during the visit that reminded me a timeshare sale. He wanted me to sign a contract right away because 'I was hands down getting the best deal'. I believe a long video of shooting marbles at the panels and a truck driving on them was suppose to convince me after an overall very flowed and poorly conducted presentation.

Great experience!! Our sales person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He proactively communicated with us throughout the process and has followed up several times since our system went live. The installers were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They even answered our children's plethora of questions.

From the day Steve Poulin sat down with us (for about 2 hours) to propose a design for our smallish flat roof in Nob Hill and explain the installation, materials, and processes involved, to the day of our final connection, we were completely satisfied with the knowledge, technical ability, and efficiency of every thing at each step of the way. Everyone we dealt with — Steve, Ron, Brian, and another gentleman whose name I cannot remember — were all reliable, polite, and helpful (the word ‘friendly’ also comes to mind!). For two months we have been happily watching out PNM meter spin backwards as it inputs solar energy from our 6-panel rooftop system. All this came with far less expense than we were expecting. A "win-win" situation all around. Thank you. Absolutely would recommend.

We have had wonderful experiences with Poulin Solar Pro, we are very satisfied with our panels and our service. They answered all of our questions about solar plus some. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in going solar!

Tough choice a lot of companies out there .Poulin as a company has been here in Albuquerque for a log time with a solid record so after looking around I chose them by reputation alone. I'm an electrician and was scared off by some of the companies I talked with. Glenn came out and straight forward and no big sales pitch just the facts. The install was great and quick,,being an electrician I watched carefully and was very pleased. The system did work as planned and as i retire $7.93 for electricity a month works for me!

Well I received quotes from several companies around NM. I have to say none compare to Poulin Solar Pro. Other companies would come and it just seems they just wanted the business. When Steve came he explained everything and made sure I knew what I was getting. I didn't make the decision right away because I had other companies coming still. When I did decide on Poulan it was because of his pride he took in his company and he didn't bother me everyday to choose them. Steve had the confidence in his company that he knew I would call when I was ready. He was right! I called he came and completed the paperwork and my solar was installed. I'm happy with it and I'm happy with the company I choose. I have already told other about Poulan and I'm sure they will make the same choice!

The experience we had with Solar Pro was excellent from start to finish. We love the the system they designed just for us and that all of the employees we worked with were very professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company for your solar panel needs.

Poulin Solar Pro was fast, efficient and did professional installation, too! They advised us along the process and gave us information about rebates and power returns. Now we don't pay for electricity, we are putting it back in the grid! Saving money and reducing the carbon footprint works for us, we love them and would do it again!

I met Steve at a home show in the spring and was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the solar industry and didn't feel pressured in the least to set up a consultation with a sales rep. Glenn came to the house to discuss our specific needs, the installation process, and financing options. I'd researched several solar installers in the ABQ area so I knew the basics going in but Glenn was able to expertly answer all my questions. I was impressed with his ability to coordinate all the moving parts of the installation and inspections/certifications with PNM and my HOA - very painless on my end. Ron and his installation crew were excellent - very professional and friendly and weren't put off by me watching over their shoulders all day and asking questions. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the whole process and look forward to receiving my PNM bill each month. Project was completed on time and on budget. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a top-notch firm with an obvious commitment to customer service.
