Never met these people.

We had our first house cleaning with Merry Maids today and were thoroughly satisfied. Beautiful job all-around and very pleasant to deal with. Can't wait to have them back in two weeks! If you're on the fence about trying service with this company--do it!

When we started using this service about 3 years ago it was very good. And indeed the cleaners themselves are always pleasant and smile and do a very thorough job. However their management is rude, and that's putting it politely. In summary we forgot to leave a check out for the cleaners well over a year ago. In that case they simply sent an invoice and indicated we could leave a check for double the amount on the next cleaning. Case closed. However about 3 weeks ago my wife forgot to leave a check again. In this case though Molly phone my wife and told her that she forgot to leave a check AGAIN and so therefor they won't be able to clean our house again until we pay off our account. Huh? I don't know why the sudden change in attitude or policy but that was a bit excessive. It's not like we're going to be going anywhere, they know where we live. They have a key to our house for crying out loud. Yet suddenly we were treated like delinquents. In any case, I called and cancelled my service and won't be using them anymore. I suggest you do some shopping before settling with Merry Maids.

The young ladies from Merry Maids who regularly clean my home are extremely pleasant and professional. They are always on time and do a great job. And I very much appreciate that they are kind to the several cats who share my home. Merry Maids has always provided me with reliable and consistent service. If I need to email or call the office for any reason, the office staff/ owners are responsive and polite.

So good I have them on a monthly service since I'm disabled and finding my restrictions growing. So having them and at a fair price helps keeps me in my home. Update their so awesome I have upgraded to Bi-weekly service. So happy with my set up.

Pat and Ben did an exceptional job cleaning our home which required extra attention following the big dust storms.
We would love to have Pat back for future cleanings!

Friendly people who have genuine concern for your property. They paid extreme attention to detail and the products they used worked great and smelled amazing. I really appreciate that the team gets here on time as promised and the small details like the folding of towels and toilet paper. Nice touches. Also, in the manner in which things are arranged makes my home look organized and pleasant. While the team cleans I now have free time to work outdoors and do things I enjoy.

Made a moving-out appointment with this company. Scheduled for a few days before we were to turn in the keys for our rental with about 2 weeks notice. Made it SUPER easy for them to fit us in to their schedule by doing the heavy cleaning but simply needed a wipe down throughout the house. Confirmation over the phone, got the adjusted price and made arrangements. They NO SHOWED, NO CALLED, NO NOTHING! BUT Luckily my 3 kids and I were able to handle it while my husband is deployed. Real Nice! Thank you. You should do better.

Benjamin and his partner did a very thorough move out cleaning. The house looks and smells good. I can’t wait to move in.

I rarely use a cleaning service, but Merry Maids of Las Cruces has changed my mind. They must have sent the A-Team. My house not only looks spectacular but I feel fantastic as well. Both young ladies were really dedicated to making my home clean. I am having friends over next week and they are bringing a 17 month old with them. Now I can relax knowing the baby will just fine crawling around my floors.

Excellent service. Reminders of appointment and arrival time were timely. The team uses equipment and cleaning products. The cleaning is superior to any that I have done. The team members are lovely people. They always double check what needs to be cleaned. I feel secure with Merry Maids because they are licensed and bonded. I have had negative experiences with three previous cleaners.

My home looks just great and smells so nice. Tanya did an excellent job. She was professional and friendly. I had her for only 2 hours and she finished cleaning my oven that I got too tired doing and could not reach. I can see out my kitchen window and patio slider. She cleaned the bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed and mopped the floors. I am very happy. The Merry Maid products for cleaning are not smelly and overwhelming. They did what they said they would do. I hope to have her back in the future.

Patricia and Ben cleaned our home extremely well and were very courteous the entire time they were here. We would highly recommend Merry Maids for anyone willing to clean their homes.

One more update. The Owner contacted me to clarify their position and insinuate that I was happy with their service until that point. I do not fire people if I think the problem can be fixed. This was NOT the only problem, it was the final straw and your manager should know that. If your manager needs to change something they should do their job instead of sending a cleaner to do it. FIRED, tired of BS from dispatch. Was suprised to learn yesterday that my cleaning would be today. Surprised again yesterday when I learned my cleaning would be at 11 instead of 9. The maids got here and had brought their supplies in but hadn't started cleaning yet when SURPRISE they had to leave to go to another house. And yes cleaners - your dispatcher does affect your tip. Lucas and Deana did a wonderful job. Our house was so dusty from work inside and outside our house. I was so impressed I signed up for their monthly service.

Tanya and Patricia are excellent housekeepers and do an awesome job as do all the Merry Maid’s employees!

Thank you Merry Maids and especially Patricia and Ben, for your efficiency and care in your work. Each time you come I feel confident that all the nooks and crannies have been tended to and you leave my home fresh and clean.

After Pat and Ben arrived today, the dust disappeared from our house as fast as a boo in last week. We were all inundated by the wind and the dust last week and thank goodness everyone seemed to have survived it. Patt and Ben came today with their dust removal machinery and what a blessing. Not only is the whole house spic and span, but we don’t have to deal with the dust that was left over from last week‘s dust storm. I appreciate that they came in anticipation of finding the dust and with the equipment needed to get rid of it.

As usual, Patricia and Ben did an outstanding job throughout the house, not a speck of dust remains. They are a great team and get around to tackling all the ordinary cleaning things and then if I have any area that needs special attention, they take care of that. Today I had a closet that I had recently emptied that needed deep dust removal work. That was done and I am very pleased. I love having the same team. They know the house and sometimes they find little things that need to be tackled that I have overlooked. I’m so pleased, that I have the Merry Maids team on my side.".

Pat and Ben tackled the house this morning and once again we are so pleased. Having the same team makes such a difference since there are some areas that need more attention than others and they can plan the cleaning to be sure that over the course of time they will tackle every area of our home. Today they gave extra attention to the kitchen and all the window sills and counter tops. We have a busy house but they know how to work around us and get it all done.

"Pat and Benjamin worked through our home this morning moving in and out of rooms without disrupting our busy lives. They left us with a cleaner and fresher home -and the dust is gone, at least for a day. Of course, desert dust is a part of all our lives so to have it gone for at least a day is a gift. Pat knows our home well so she is able to work quickly and efficiently with whomever her working partner is on a given day.
