Terrible. Dragged on the process of demo to squeeze more money out of insurance and didn’t complete their job. They left mold and had us rip out more baseboard after they said there was no mold. They refused to pay for replacement cost due to their negligence. Wouldn’t recommend

I met a employee of Serverpro at a department store in Socorro NM. I inquired about your company and asked if they were located in Socorro now. They damaged the drywall my house then tried to cover it up by removing more dry wall than needed, The workers left the vanity that was removed from my house out without covering it or putting it under the car port and then are trying to say that it was too damaged to be a temporary replacement, also they removed the vanity and capped the line in the bathroom that has been consistently dripping since, stay away from this company, going to be filing a complaint with my insurance as well as the BBB. Dont understand how people are allowed to run business like this will post the pictures from my phone of before and after.

Ryan and Jesus were very professional, great attention to detail, great communicators and very friendly. I would recommend their work to anybody.

We had a huge water damage in my home and Servpro of Rio Rancho not only came and put a tarp on my roof in the middle of the night, they fixed the damage and then took educated steps to prevent additional damage and mold. Anthony and the guys have a ton of knowledge and put my mind at ease regarding the mold. I recommend them if you need water or mold damage repairs.

I experienced a big water heater problem resulting in water damage in the heater closet as well as the hallway and living room floors. Servpro responded the same day to assess and deal with the moisture and mold prevention. Britany, Chris and Tim worked professionally and thoroughly to assure the affected areas were dry, the old flooring removed, and things were put back in order to prepare for the next step of flooring replacement. I felt like I was in good hands!

Luis, Francis, Jose, and Cici arrived at my residence on time and worked efficiently to move my furniture back into the house. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Joel L. and Miguel G. did an awesome job on the repair work at my grandfather's home after he had a big leak. They were very professional, efficient, clean, and friendly.

I was afraid there was mildew or mold behind a vinyl mural. Servpro was great. Joe and Chris worked quickly and thoroughly to remove the mural, repair texture, clean, seal and paint the wall. They used an air filtration system and finished the whole thing in a few hours. They were very professional. Definitely recommend.

Servpro came to help me when I had part of my ceiling collapse due to water damage. The staff that responded was cordial, but somewhat careless. It was apparent early on that these were not experts of any kind. They simply threw some dehumidifiers in the space (for which they charge outrageous rates) and left.

My real gripe with them is on communication. They barely talked to me, never updated me on status without my asking for it, and despite my numerous reiteration that they were to bill ME and NOT my insurance, they continued to send bills to my insurance. They even sent me a notice that they would put a lien on my property if my insurance didn't pay. Finally, my insurance told them AGAIN that they should bill me directly, and I paid right away.

Overall, the staff on site was totally unimpressive, and the office staff was wildly deficient in communication and highly aggressive in seeking payment, despite the fact I was more than happy to pay them. Would strongly recommend against using their services. I had much better experiences with other companies in the area.

I came home 1 weekend to a whole in my wall spaying hot water. My bedroom was flooded. Brittany called me to get me some help with clean up. She was nice & very understanding. Then Keith & Tim came to take care of my mess. They were very kind & explained everything they were doing. I felt much relief after talking to them. The boys did a great job!!! Thank you for a great job guys

Servpro has been such a great company to work with. Our upstairs bathroom was leaking into our downstairs guest bedroom and caused a big mess. Wes helped us clean up and dry the mess and we are extremely grateful to him and his team. Wes is such a friendly person and will give you the peace of mind you need to know that the job will be well done! We are extremely satisfied and happy with Servpro thanks to Wes!

We were referred to SERVPRO by our insurance company for some water damage. From the moment I made the first phone call to the time they left, I was wowed! Brittany was assigned to our project. She was very thorough, communicative, and very professional! Brittany and Randy were delicate with moving our furniture and respectful of our home. I can't say enough good things about the SERVPRO team! They showed up quickly and got to work right away when our dog got locked in the bathroom and managed to flood it. Greg and his team used tools to find where the water was hidden in our walls and cabinets and while the fans were SUPER loud, I know they couldn't do anything about that and I am so glad we called them!
