Finally, a honest Solar Energy rep. Orion came out to check to see if our home qualified for the federal ITC tax credit. He was meticulous in calculating our month to month energy use and built us a system that’s saving us thousands over the next few years. Didn’t feel pressured and I asked a million questions and he was patient with us. We ended up needing a new roof and he worked to get insurance to cover the project!!!! I’m telling my friends and family Lobo Solar treated us right!

We are extremely pleased by everything Edward and his crew did to ensure the smooth installation of our solar panel system. Edward gave freely of his time to explain the steps in the process and kept us informed as to its ongoing status. The crew worked diligently all day and into early evening to install the panels and made sure everything was in order before leaving, including making sure the driveway and surrounding areas were clean and free of any debris. If I could give Zero Stars that would be closer to the truth. We scheduled him to come do work on a hot tub. He showed up and chatted for over an hour then left to 'get some parts'. Was supposed to return in an hour. For THREE HOURS he would not pick up calls or answer texts. We took time off work to get this job done and he goes missing in action. When I called from a different number he answered. When I asked what was going on and why he never returned to our home he said he would call after 6pm to discuss. He was originally scheduled at 9am so now my day is totally wasted. I told him that disappearing and not letting us know why he was delayed / not returning to do our job was unprofessional. He responded, "thanks for the education" and hung up. RUN, don't walk, away from this completely unprofessional person.

I have had the most positive experience with most customers. The negative review is absolutely false. I was called to install electrical to a hot tub and when I arrived the tub was filled with water. The couple asked if we could drain the tub and move it to another location. The time it took took drain the tub was two hours.The couple had a argument about the water heater leaking inside the house in which case I made my exit promptly.
