Dan was so thorough, he spent > 6 hours on our 3200sq ft property, examining the exterior windows, paint, vents, and drainage. Then inside, he tested outlets, the plumbing and heating, the crawl spaces, cabinet doors!! Such a pleasure, honestly.

What was great about Dan's (Mr. Macpeak) service is that I contacted him to do a sewer scope on a rental property I just purchased and after talking to him I learned that he is a fully licensed plumber as well. He was able to do all the plumbing needed for this property. He did full new service and replaced all the trouble areas with pecs and copper where needed. He did not do any unnecessary work where in my experience some contractors would have made replacements that did not need it, in short he saved me a lot of money. He did new modern shower diverters in both my bathrooms, and installed an on-demand water heater. I ended up using him on my main residence to put a gas line to my outside patio so I can have a natural gas bbq. He gave me prompt service everytime, which is something that I rarely encounter. I have found my plumber and HVAC contractor for the rest of my rental properties and main residence. For me, having a responsive contractor with his skill is vital to my state of mind. I give his number to all of my friends and family.

Very good inspection. Dan came to my house. Did a great job explaining everything. Also gave me tips and advice. I had a inspection done before with another company. But these guys -dan were the best.
