My kitchen and bathroom were heavily soiled. The team from Imperial were professional and friendly. They had the kitchen and bathroom sparkling in less than an hour! I highly recommend Imperial Cleaning!

It was a pleasure dealing with Jon and the whole team for my powerwash. Jon came and gave me a very detailed estimate, and then his team came a week later to do the powerwash and did an amazing job.

I've used Imperial intermittently over the last 3 years when I'm sick of cleaning my house. They are fast, thorough and professional. I usually speak with Henry who books the appointment and he us very friendly and professional. 3 cleaners always come. They always arrive on time and ask which areas are of most importance. When they're done they insist I inspect their work and are happy to spruce up any area that I think needs more work (but that rarely happens). I would use them wayyy more often if they offered some type of deal for arranging regularly scheduled cleaning. They're not cheap but you get what you pay for and the cleaning service they offer is deep cleaning and its done fast.

I just used Imperial Cleaning Services for the first time today & what was accomplished in 1 hour was beyond my expectations! Rachael & her team of 2 other women were amazing! These ladies are very experienced & professional! My refrigerator looks brand new! My bathroom is so clean & sanitized! My stove & backsplash shine! My bedroom is dust free! I will use Rachel & her team whenever I need cleaning services from now on! Great job girls! I thank you from my heart!

We have had a very good experience working with Imperial Cleaning Company. The crew of Malu, Yesenia and Emily do a very nice job, are always on time and are pleasant and respectful of people in the office during the time they are here to clean. When calling the office, Customer Service is very good as well.

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional staff. Zero communication, scheduling conflicts, unfinished and sloppy work. Used their services for my restaurant hoping for a professional floor cleaning experience, which consisted of simple mopping, something that I could have accomplished. Ending our relationship with a no call, no show, on a scheduling cleaning day with the excuse of "the key we use to get in cracked in half." Never received a bill or invoice until I started getting threatening calls and collection notices. Sylvia, Abby, and crew really need to get it together if they want to keep their business open. Steer far away from this one and save your money.

I have been using Imperial Cleaning for about three years. They are very punctual, which is important to me because I'm self-employed and sitting around waiting is not a good use of my time. They are also accommodating when I need to make a change. I believe they are fairly priced, and they do a good job cleaning my house and addressing my specific requests when I have them.

I have my house cleaned by Imperial for the past several years. Rachael and her crew are excellent. When they leave, my house sparkles especially my floors. With 2 little dogs, my floors do get messy but Rachael makes sure they are super clean. They are professional, hard working and trustworthy. Diane H.

I helped my sister vet cleaning services for our mom who is advanced age. Imperial Cleaning responded promptly and answered all our questions. I am in town visiting my family and was here for the bi-weekly cleaning. The team of cleaners arrived right on time, did a great job and professional and pleasant to deal with. Our mom is a difficult customer and the cleaners are flexible with her and get along with her well. My sister who is the primary contact has said the communication is excellent.
