The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly. He also gave me advice on how often vents should be maintained. It’s such a relief knowing my home is safer now. I own a multifamily home in Astoria and we’ve had some issues on and off with the roof and gutters over the past few years. About a year and a half ago I hired a crew that came to repair a leak, it was fine for about three weeks and then came back. This “crew” disappeared. So I asked a buddy of mine for a rec and he had me call Royal. Eden came out, we went through everything, he was sympathetic to what happened to me with the other crew- and worked with me on everything. He explained about the warranty I would get from Royal and put it all in the contract, so I have it all on paper. Now I have a beautiful new roof- that I can now utilize- and brand new gutters. Not a leak or issue in sight 15 months later. Very satisfied and will recommend to all my neighbors.

Very easy process working with Royal for my flat roof replacement. They were professional and efficient. Got the roof ripped out before lunch and by the end of the day I had a new roof. Jordan from Astoria roofing found the leaks quickly and showed me pictures on where they are coming from and why it is happening. He gave me a few options on repairing the damaged areas and also for a full roof replacement. Because we had multiple leaks, it was a good idea to replace the roof. We just bought the house and wanted to make sure we protect it. During the project they updated me on each section and made sure to answer all my questions.
