It was easy and fast scheduling with them. The plumber Mike came within two hours to unclog a toilet and we settled the payment via phone which was very convenient since we weren’t there at the tenant’s apartment. Would def use them again for future plumbing needs.

Mike and his crew are professional and efficient. They quickly responded to address our plumbing issues and did an excellent job replacing pipes. We will definitely be calling for all of our plumbing needs! 10/10 recommend!!

Mike and Hector were outstanding and arrived when promised. They had to work a little harder to access the main drain but was still done in a couple of hours. Probably the best experience I've had with a toilet backup.

If I could give World Class Sewer & Drain 10+ stars I would ! They are professional, reliable, honest, and fair! I woke up yesterday to raw sewage in my basement. Mike and his crew worked tirelessly to find and clear the blockage in my sewer pipes. Even though it was way after 5pm last night, Mike sent a crew over to remove the sewage from the basement and dry it out! They worked hard and long and were so kind, professional, and courteous! I am so grateful to Mike and his crew and I highly recommend them for anyone with drain or sewer issues! You'll be grateful too!

I highly recommend World Class Sewer and Drain. I had an issue over the weekend where my bathroom sink was leaking a lot of water from the drain pipe. The sink was unusable as it was creating a huge puddle of water in the cabinet.

Mike came a day later, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it immediately. He was upfront and honest about the amount of work and time it would take. The price was extremely fair and reasonable. If and when I need a plumber again, World Class Sewer and Drain will be the company I call.

I contacted World Class Sewer and Drain in February 2023, for a bathroom sink clog. Little to my knowledge it was more extensive than that, I had a waste line crack in the kitchen. The guys Mike & Mike were awesome. They were very knowledgeable, explained in full details what was happening and what needed to be done prior to their repairs. I had dirty water dripping behind my cabinets. The guys completed the necessary pipe work within a day less than 8 hours. Additionally, they connected me with a restoration team who also responded swiftly and addressed the hazardous situation in my walls at no cost to me. The guys were professionals, communicated every step of the way, responsive - addressed all my concerns and provided best practices when dealing with clogs in your home. Mike is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and does great work. I have been using their service for several years and it has been excellent service since then. Mike goes above and beyond, he is so genuine and really wants to help his clients. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Called and scheduled an appointment to replace our sump pump and Mike & Mike were the service personnel dispatched. They were punctual, efficient, and took the time to answer questions explaining what was needed and why. Mike and Mike listened to our concerns, gave us peace of mind, and completed the work to our satisfaction.

Had some bad clogs in both bathroom showers. Called Mike & Mike to come fix. They did a terrific job doing exactly what needed to be done. Very friendly and honest. I would def recommend if anyone needs a really good plumber. (this was the 2nd time using Mike for a different clogged pipe)

Mike and Mike came to clear my kitchen drain, which took some time because of the layout of the pipes. They were pleasant, courteous and very patient. They tried various methods to problem-solve until the drain was cleared. They also snaked the main sewer drain and gave good pointers about the maintenance of the drains. They took my anxiety away. Mike and Mike are professional, competent, and are reasonably priced. They fixed our nasty plumbing clog and also suggested and then implemented a 45-degree piping solution. (A past plumber created a right angle in the pipe which was the reason for the clog!) I would definitely use this company again. They are a blessing to the Long Island community.

I called World Class Sewer and & Drain, just based on the reviews alone and this team is phenomenal! My main line was backed up, a problem I never experienced before in my home, and with the icy weather on the way I was nervous about pricing, time, etc. Mike was very professional over the phone and knew exactly what was happening. He indicated he would be at my home in an hour and a half, and they were right on-time. They explained everything they were going to do from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provided detailed information on what to do and not to do moving forward. The price for the emergency service was more than fair, and they even backed it with a 1 year warranty! Thank you so much guys!
