I love my new basement. Ronan and his team did a wonderful job. I couldn’t stand my old, uncomfortable basement any longer, with a very impractical laundry, and I’m glad I reached out to Loti Contracting. The crew always left everything clean, and they were very nice people to chit chat with. Highly recommend for the professionalism, care and quality of their work.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the renovation on our newly purchased coop apartment by Ronan Doherty and LOTI Construction. After signing a detailed contract which was very helpful for both to reference as the work proceeded, Ronan quickly and efficiently submitted all paperwork required by building management and was started in no time. His workers were experienced and skilled as they proceeded to install new walls, ceilings, bathroom, kitchen (including cabinets, counter, backsplash, appliances, ceiling and flooring, lighting) moulding and trim, doors, lighting, and painting. Ronan’s communication was superb, always responding within minutes to our text messages and consulting with us on matters of design. It couldn’t have turned out better and we are very excited to be moving into our beautiful new apartment, thanks to Ronan and his crew!!!

Ronan and his crew did an excellent job with a full renovation and update of our kitchen as well as paint work in our dining room. We couldn’t have had a better experience from finish to start. Highly recommend!!

Ronan and his guys are really amazing. We were on a strict timeline for what was a whole house renovation. Ronan and his guys stuck to the timeline and got the job done and done well, as my family is happy with the work. Ronan is a good guy, very easy to work with and will take care of you. Will use them again in the future.

March 2021 Update:

We just completed a 2nd project with LOTI. This one involved painting (5 rooms), carpentry, and removal of unused baseboard heating. Ronan is a pleasure to work with, has a great team, and stays on top of the details to ensure everything is completed perfectly. We couldn't be happier.

We just completed a significant project that involved repair of rotted areas of siding and deck flooring, as well as complete painting our home exterior. Ronan and his team completed the job magnificently, and exactly within the time frame that he'd proposed.

What most stood out was the attention to detail of everyone on the project. Ronan in particular was on top of the work on a daily basis, with a keen, almost obsessive, eye for anything that was missed or was not done perfectly.

I would absolutely use Ronan and Loti for other projects we have, and would fully recommend them to others. A+++

We used Loti Contracting & Ronan to renovate our bathroom and front entry hall. Ronan was a pleasure to work with and was willing to discuss our project multiple times before we started. The renovation was completed in timely manner and most of the costs were either explained upfront in the contract or discussed as we went along. The subcontractors were all very friendly and pleasant. Whenever an inevitable obstacle would arise during the renovation, Ronan would take care of it in a professional and timely manner. Our bathroom looks beautiful and our front hallway has nice new tile and a fantastic wood entry door. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Loti Contracting and Ronan for any renovation project.

Ronan and his team were the absolute best. Before even being hired, Ronan came by and spoke with us at great length (an hour!), when other potential contractors stopped by for only a few minutes to discuss the project. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

He constructed a small mudroom for us, including electrical, tiling, putting in a skylight, a new door, putting up walls, finishing, painting, etc. When some issues came up relating to the plans, Ronan not only noticed the errors, but also to compensate and build the room the way we wanted it.

He was responsive and patient every step of the way, letting us know what he thought given his expertise, but never pushing us in any direction.

We would recommend him without reservation, and we already intend to use him for our next big project.

We hired Loti Contracting for a large kitchen/living room gut renovation project involving removal of multiple load bearing walls.

From project start to finish, Ronan provided detailed and thoughtful guidance and suggestions and stayed on top of the permit process as well as his sub-contractors to ensure the renovation process went smoothly.

Ronan executed our vision flawlessly and the end product was even better than we had imagined. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any and all home renovation needs and will definitely be using him again for future projects.

Before hiring Ronan he came to our house and spent a good 1.5 hours answering all of our questions at length with patience, knowledge of his work and professionalism. He instantly put my husband and I at ease that he would be the one to renovate our home.
