The electrical system to my house needed an upgrade because the current system was not able to tolerate all the increase in power usage. As a result, the power was constantly shorting. This was explained to me and they said they would perform a temporary fix. This was not an emergency call, as they showed up 2-3 days after I called to ask for help with the problem, and this was admittedly my call, not theirs. Everyone arrived on time and the fix took no more than 20 minutes. I asked how much it would cost, and the owner, Kurt, arrogantly evaded the question. When I called the office about a day or two later, they avoided my question again. After more than a month from the job, I was mailed a bill for over $350!
They're not bad. They're a very competent business — they did what they set out to do, explained next steps that were needed from the temporary fix, and did it all in a timely manner. What I didn't like and what marred the entire experience was the way in which the pricing was handled. I was not given any opportunity to talk about the cost, which I thought was very odd. In fact I was rudely shut down, only to get that enormous bill over a month later with no explanation. That's what left me foul. Insist on getting an estimate before or on the day of the work so you know what to expect.

I have used this company twice. I am very happy with the service. The pricing is fair. They show up on time, they guys are neat and clean up.
The owner responds and is very accommodating. After a Storm, I had some concerns everything was running properly. I was given an appointment immediately even though they were booked. Most of all.
When you call the lovely lady in the office is always so pleasant and helpful. I will use them again..

Kurt and team always deliver in a timely professional manner. Our electrical panel upgrade from initial quote to final project was completed in about 10 days. Kurt explained meticulously how to use the new system and also sent detailed printed directions.

Kee Electric deserves a 10 star rating!! These guys are the greatest! Professional, knowledgeable, kind, and most of all immaculate!! We had an electrical disaster in the house, in 2 apts, but Kee Electric came in and fixed everything and then some! The guys are amazing workers. We reached out to Kee to install an electric car charger in our garage for our new electric car. The team, led by Kurt, was able to undertake an immediate assessment of our complicated situation which included power being run from the main house to the guest house to the garage. Kurt proposed a more efficient and reliable layout and executed the plan in a timely fashion at a fair and reasonable cost. The work was extremely high quality and the finish was clean and exactly as we had requested. These guys are honest, fair and very good at what they do. We will only use Kee for our electric issues going forward - and we highly recommend them.

I was recommended to KEE by a friend. It was a pleasure to meet Kurt. He assessed my situation, explained how things work and assured me that all was well. He will be returning in the future to further check the switches to the boiler. He was extremely knowable and explained things in layman’s terms. I would recommend him to others in the future.
