They are unless they don't do the job right all they do is put the card through àthe door they ring you. Up and not turn up the call girls are nasty and rude the bloke wasnt rude but the girls were nasty I have health problems I shouldnt vafter wait 48 hours for heating and n gas check in.treated like a second class citizen they never knock all want is my heating sorted i will take. DO NOT USE THEM. I contacted them because they were the only registered provider for my boiler in my area (A power they abuse..). The 'Specialist' lacked basic product knowledge. They left me hanging for 8 days with no heat or hot water and almost seemed to enjoy it. They charged me in full despite not fixing a thing and providing bad advice that caused delays for days.

They are unless I rang in the evening and. A enginee rang and never turn up and now its nearly 10.48 and know one turning up im freezing and I have a health problem arthritis its not fair the call woman was nasty and bitchy they both were.i can't see why they can't give a time and I have a right to have heating as much as anyone else. And when they come they don't fix it rightv

Sure combustion was called in to troubleshoot a mess that a previous plumber did trying to install a combi boiler. Eric and Brady came in tackled the issue and corrected the problem seamlessly. Eric explains everything very well and is very patient. Always there if you call ready to solve the problem.
