Mike, Eddie and the rest of their crew went above and beyond to help remove and clean up our basement. They were thorough, expeditious and handled our property as if it were their own.

Owner is very nice and helpful but the team does not have the same drive that he does. I paid to have my basement dried out and treated after a sump failure, the basement was dried with previous top of floor removed. The floor was raised previously about 2". The top of the floor was taken out but all the beams underneath were not taken out. So when the floor was pressure washed and suctioned out with the shopvac I had all the beams still in place. This would be no different than sweeping and mopping around the rugs in a house. I was able to rip out all beams this past weekend and saw the mildew/mold that was left in place from halfway clearing out the basement. Now I get to pay another company to come in and clear up what should have been taken care of to start with.

I had them come in and clean my 4 carpeted rooms. they took less than an hour, and to be quite honest they didn’t seem like they took their time or cleaned well. the stains were not removed from the carpet. it doesn’t even smell good and clean. i personally could’ve rented a carpet cleaner from home depot and did a better job

Also. the two men who came, one of them harassed me and my friend who were there supervising. the one poked fun at the way we dressed (we wore religious coverings because of our beliefs) and they were completely unprofessional and rude.

i’m not happy at all with this service, they were on time but that’s about it. i recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to feel like unwelcome in your own home.

Rainbow International was very professional and responsive. They came through on a holiday weekend to clean sewage backup in our basement. They were very helpful with their explanations and were able to assist with any damages that were caused. They did a good job going through their processes and helping us understand every part of their procedure. They were well equipped and everything is also documented and clarified for your knowledge.

I can't comment on the quality of Rainbow's work, as we didn't even get to that stage. After an initial assessment and proposal, the sales rep and technician repeatedly failed to communicate a work schedule, and/or didn't follow through with their commitments to contact me. If this is how they were to start a project, I could only imagine how they might perform once they began. The flood had already made things difficult for me, and I didn't want to make things worse by having the restoration occur in fits and starts.

Scott and the Team at Rainbow International of Buffalo are phenomenal to partner with, especially if you’re a business owner or property manager. In case of an unfortunate event, they will restore and rebuild property damage due to water, fire, smoke, odor, or mold, on time and on budget.

This company was outstanding in their response time. Jeffrey Barnwell was the technician who came and did the clean up after a sewer back up. He was friendly and helpful during a stressful time. Would definitely call again for disaster cleaning.

There was a small fire in my father's house that caused heat and smoke damage in a very short period of time,thank God Grand Island Fire was on top of it and got there super fast and saved the house. My siblings and I did the best we could to clean up the damage ourselves but we were overwhelmed and unsuccessful.. Rainbow restorations came in with a kind ihard working crew that worked around my disabled mother and did a wonderful job..There's no smell of smoke,it's just like it never happened..
