Never called me back

I have called this company on 3 occasion's to ask for an estimate and have not even gotten that in 3 and a 1/2 months. I would not use them

This company has been cleaning my office windows for at least 10 years and have always been professional and timely as well as affordable. I also use them for my home and I am very satisfied. I will not need to look elsewhere. This is a DEPENDABLE window cleaning business.

Excellent service from start to finish! Scott and Gerard were very professional and very informative about what they were doing. We were shown before and after picture’s throughout the process. The picture above is one I took from their truck in the yard. Scott even chased my German Shepherd, Bud, who snuck out the side door!! Yay, Scott!! lol!!

Andy from Stanley Steemer has been coming to clean our carpets for a number of years, and we like him very much as well as Jamar who worked with him today. They were very efficient and thorough, answered any and all questions and did a wonderful job. Our carpets look brand new!! Thank you!!

Technicians were very professional and polite.Took their time steam cleaning my carpets. Technician also had me check for any areas he thought I would want him to go over again. Very satisfied with how clean they are considering the fact they are older wall to wall carpeting.I always recommend this company to family and friends.

Great service. Carpet is over 20 years old and i would clean the carpet every 3 months with my rug cleaner, it is nothing like the deep cleaning that Stanley Steemer did. Carpet looks like new! So glad I called Stanley Steemer.

They cleaned our vents out and added a air purifier. Right away we noticed more heat! What a difference, thank you for the exceptional service!

John was amazing. He took our tile floors from old and dull to sparkling and brilliant. He was courteous, kind, professional, willing to share some tips and tricks with me and really went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and pleased with the results.

Stanley steamer sent their team out to fix the issues listed below for no extra charge. I appreciate them rectifying the situation where dirt was go left on the carpet from their previous work. More effort and time were spent this time and it shows.

While they were courteous and explained the cleaning process I was disappointed with the short amount of time and effort cleaning the upstairs carpet and stairway. The living room carpet and kitchen tiles looked clean and they spent more time on those areas. I don't understand why cleaning an area carpet was an additional cost when they didn't have to clean the carpet under it (same dimensions).

Kevin and Jordan did a great job. They were prompt and friendly. My only complaint was that the automated service didn't call or text to tell me an approximate arrival. They were professional and knowledgeable about services and products. I can't believe the difference. Our carpet was 20 years old when we moved in and after kids and pets it was in rough shape. It looks better than the day we moved in. Thank you Kevin and Jordan for the amazing job.

Kevin and Pepe are both very professional, friendly, and hold a great attention to detail. They listened as to why I needed the carpets cleaned and deodorized. Faton Dinarica & Dyminess Turner were great!! I wanted to get my carpets cleaned before the holidays and now the carpet looks brand new and all pet stains and odors are completely removed. Faton talked me through different deodorizing options and pricing for me to select what met my needs. Faton also helped me understand my actual room measurement for the next cleaning. He let me know that Stanley also cleans furniture if I’m ever interested. Faton is very professional and has many years of experience. I recommend asking for Faton the next time you need your rugs cleaned and have pet accidents and odor.

I had my air ducts & dryer vent cleaned & a UV sanitizing light installed by Scott & Tim. They were absolutely wonderful! Beyond respectful of my home, top notch work, incredibly friendly & personable, and even won over my grumpy geriatric dog!! If you need any work done by Stanley Steemer, request Scott & Tim! I will 100% be requesting them for future projects!

Had my vents and ducks cleaned out due to a dead animal smell. Ryan and Jordan were great at thier job! Told me everything that was going on every step of they way. Super professional and good workers. High recommend.

Hired them for cleaning the vents in the entire house. They were reticent to move any furniture. Other than watching one of the technicians stealing electronics from my desk on my security camera, they did an acceptable job. I probably would not hire them again though.
