I’ve had Jeff come to service our fireplace twice and do a cleaning/repair. He is a great guy, was right on time, and explained everything. The guy that scheduled it for me was very nice as well. I’d recommend this company to everyone.

My fireplace needed a cleaning before we started the fireplace for the first time in a while. Ryan came over on time and cleaned the chimney and explained everything we needed to know. He was excellent and kind.

And you know what? I knew it was too small
But they fixed our problem with our gas fireplace. I highly recommend them

These guys really scammed me. They charged me double from what they quoted after doing services that I had not authorized and they never even sent me the inspection report. Totally disreputable

AAA Timberline repaired our crumbling chimney in the fall of October 2019. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent job. After comparing prices with other companies, AAA Timberline was very fair and we were very pleased with their work and professionalism. They also performed a routine service of our fireplace as well. Definitely recommend!

We had three men come out and quote on our fireplace repair. Of the three, only AAA Timberline actually showed up and finished the job. They brought the job in on time, under budget and they were super friendly to work with. If you need your chimney repaired, there is no better company in Western New York than AAA Timberline.

I highly recommend AAA Timberline! When I called for a service check on my gas insert, it took less than a week for an appointment.My service technician was prompt, very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job cleaning out my fireplace and insert area. It was night and day upon completion. Very professional company to deal with and in the future if I need a replacement or more service I would definitely call them!

I had a tech come out to my house about 4 months ago to look at a broken blower. He came and got information to order the part and install, but never called back. So about 2 months ago, I called again to follow up and they had no record of that visit. So over the phone, I gave them all the info they needed and I was told I’d get a call back with an estimate and to schedule. I have yet to hear anything after a month and a half. So I guess I have to look elsewhere, as not getting this fixed has led to more issues with my fireplace!

Our chimney started leaking during a recent rain. The word leak does not do it justice. In a panic we called AAA Timberline (who we have recently started using to do fireplace maintenance). They had just been here to give us an estimate to replace the chimney cap as we were already weary of the condition. The owner responded to us instantly at 6pm Weds night, and told us he would try to see if he could secure the appropriate equipment to get this done on Friday and before the next rain. Sure enough, he emailed us again by 7 am on Thursday to tell us he was going to be able to rent a high-lift since our roof was so steep and tall. Had the equipment here by 8 am on Friday and job complete by 2pm. Looks fantastic. Works fantastic. We have “worked” with other local fireplace shops and have never had such great interactions. These company deserves and wants your business and it shows.

AAA Timberline was great. Ryan completed the estimate and was patient with my questions. Dave completed the repairs excellently and was respectful of our home. I had an old, tall, brick vent chimney and needed to vent my new boiler/water heater up. They brought the vent chimney down 10 feet to the allowable height, pointed, cleaned up, installed a new cap and ran the vent up. They did a great job, very professional and very nice to work with. Highly recommend them.

My wife called way back in February for a part fix on our fireplace. Her review is further below if you want more details, but to summarize, they forgot about us. They said they would make it right and prioritize our order and install, and as you can see, it’s been 4 more months and we’ve had 1 more phone call with them in the middle of July where they said “oh we didn’t order the part because we weren’t sure you still wanted it”. I’m not sure if there’s just poor communication between the workers, or If they genuinely don’t care about their customers, but they have caused so many more problems for my family, as we now need to find a company who will replace this piece before it gets cold, which is now weeks away instead of months. At every turn we thought they would do the right thing, but it seems at every turn we were wrong.
