I've been working with the Contento Company for a few years now and have had a really great experience. They've done full renovation work, spot repairs and provide on-going general property maintenance for my multi-family investment property in South Buffalo.

Chris Contento has been very helpful in recommending cost-effective and high quality improvements & repairs on my investment property to keep my units looking better than the local competition, justifying higher rents and improving the value of my property. I use the Contento Company as a one stop shop for any and all improvements & maintenance - if they don't have the tools or people to do a certain job, they're always able to bring in the right people to keep the progress bar moving.

As an out of state investor, Chris makes communication easy and he's generally very quick about tending to my rental units. Chris isn't just a another contractor, he's become a business partner to me and has helped me in numerous ways beyond just maintaining my rental units - he's helped steer me in the direction of improving my tenant screening process; local laws pertaining to tenants & landlords in the Buffalo area; guided me through the process of refinancing my investment property to recuperate max capital as well as looking over & estimating repairs on future properties to help me lower my risk & make the right decision in my next property.

Understandably, I have a biased opinion here as I've spent a few years working with Chris Contento and his company. Chris has always done right by me and even if an improvement or repair isn't done to my own high standard, he always makes it right. The value of my multi-family property and the monthly profits I reap from my rental units speak for themselves. This is one company that you'll be glad to you decided to do business with, I can assure you of that.

Great company to work with! From the first consultation to the completion of our project, they were friendly, punctual, and professional. They cleaned up before leaving and made sure all questions were answered and that we were satisfied with their work. I would call them again for future projects and would recommend them to anyone in the East Aurora and surrounding areas!

Chris and his team were great to work with. His quote was professionally done, comprehensive and accurate. He had a good presence at the worksite to assure that things were progressing well and was always available by phone if I had a quick question. His team was very pleasant, on time, did good work, kept a clean work space and provided good suggestions that enhanced the project.

Chris and his team did a great job renovating the kitchen, bath, laundry and office in our 1885 EA village home. The crew arrived early every day and were very polite. The estimate of the work was clear, fair, and consistent with final costs. As with many older home remodels, some things took a bit longer than expected, but Chris communicated frequently with updates and everyone worked hard until things were finished. We’ve done several home remodels in the past and this has been the best experience yet. We would definite work with Chris & team again.

Chris and his team took care of an unexpected water damage project at my home that lasted nearly a week.

Although the situation itself was not ideal, Chris and his team were first class and made a not so great situation as seamless and easy as possible. Their service during the entire project was fantastic. They kept me up to date on the progress every step of the way and were always courteous while at the house. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive and when the project was complete, you would have never known they were there. In these situations or any sort of in depth project there is no better feeling than knowing the group doing the work are people you can fully trust and 100% know they have your best interest in mind. That is what we found working with Chris and his team at ContentoCo. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the same!

ContentoCo worked on a number of projects in our home. Chris runs his crew with the homeowner in mind. They are knowledgeable,, polite, and trustworthy. He will keep you updated so you will always know where they are in the project. He stands behind his work. His pricing is better than reasonable. I have recommended him to family and friends.

We were delighted with the company and the team that remolded our bathroom. From demo to completion, our home was treated with respect. Very especially, the on-site remodel professionals were on time every day, worked non-stop, left our home clean and in order every day and became a friendly addition to our home. We are completely thrilled with the finished product. More than that, Contenoco redeemed our expectations for construction companies and contractors.

Corey was wonderful. He was very polite, respectful, knew what he was doing. He drove through a snow storm to make sure we got the right parts we needed. He didn't have to spend his Saturday morning doing this and did not over charge for what he did. Very reasonable!! So impressed with his professionalism and honesty.
