The most professional and courteous service ever! I had an emergency due to my heater not working. I spoke with Pat first, who tried to help me over the phone and save me some money (while he is on vacation), but nothing was working. Herman took time out of his busy day and was able to come over and fix the heater and help save the day. All of this in less than 12 hours from the 1st phone call. I thank you so much for keeping my family warm in this blistering cold!

My experience with MastAir-Works is that they were honest, excellent in the repair of my AC unit and installation of my gas furnace. They worked in a timely manner and I would recommend them to anyone.

My central air iced up and the fan stopped blowing air, I called Henry he made time in his schedule and came the next day to get my central air up and running again. Will be using him again if I have any problems in the future.

We had an issue with our AC system, MastAir Works came troubleshoot and found the problem. They didn’t rest until the issue was resolved. We highly recommend them for any of your cooling or heating issues.

I had Henry come and install 2 smart thermostats in my home and he did a fantastic job. Not only was he very experienced and knowledgeable about installing my specific thermostat's model but also had the know-ho to ensure it was wired properly and setup correctly.

Additionally, he also helped do a quick balancing of my HVAC unit despite that task not being part of the original job.

Being a critical person with nothing to criticize. Now that's frustrating! But that was my experience with Henry and his crew. Impeccable design and installation of a mini split AC system. From drop cloths and booties to protect my house to not finding a spec of construction debris inside or outside. One of my best experiences with a contractor and a perfectly operating AC system, Well done!!

I just want to provide a quick insight into what I was going thru before I called up Mastair for help. My Bosch combi boiler was leaking from the bottom damaging the copper pipes that go within the unit. I was recommended some guy that supposedly had experience with Bosch units. I bought a new bosch and the guy installed it incorrectly. He also became very unprofessional and even disrespectful, so much so, that I had to stop him from coming back to work on my unit. This is when Mastair (Henry) came in and helped me get the new unit repaired by changing the motherboard which seem to have been burned from the bad install from the previous guy. Also, Henry contacted bosch and the vendors and supply company reps to look into getting a replacement. However, while going thru that process, Henry found that the pipes had also been installed incorrectly and once that was changed the boiler worked without issue. I am greatful to have found Henry and Mastair because it had been almost an entire week without hot water.

Additionally, he took a look at my AC central air outdoor unit and found that the wires had been chewed out hence why AC was blowing hot air. He replaced the wires and got that unit working beautifully once again.
Henry was very professional and always maintained a high level of communication and his expertise was also second to none. I am planning on keeping Mastair as my maintenance company permanently.

Needed my Burnham gas boiler diagnosed, as it was having some issues. Henry came over on time, diagnosed the boiler and found the problem. The part was replaced the next day and everything worked great. Prices were extremely fair. Henry and his company are now my go to for any of my HVAC needs.

Easy to work with. Took time to understand my concern and design right solution. Other hvacs I spoke to just offered to do what they usually do, didn't try to adjust to my situation. MastAir actually took time to understand. Work done was expanding an ac zone and installing an energy recovery ventilator. Will use them again.
