My kitchen suffered water damage due to ice damming and Struck and Sons was referred to me by the restoration company. When called, they were quick to arrive and assess the damage. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company.
The specialists who worked on my home were very kind and respectful, and did a wonderful job. They were able to reinstall my existing cabinets and counters, and you can't even tell anything happened here! Kudos - I could not be happier!!
I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone that has suffered damage to their home.

Richard and Ben and the whole team were amazing. Ben always answered my calls and texts promptly and i was kept in the loop about everything that was happening. We had three large limbs fall on our 100 year old garage in a wind storm. Richard Struck was instrumental in handling the rehabilitation from beginning to end. His help began, not with his estimate, but in negotiating with our insurance agent. The issue of stability was the "bone of contention". Besides knowledge, experience,and good workmanship, Struck and Sons get 6 stars for communication skills. You always know what's happening and Richard always gets back to you in a timely manner.

We were in shock when a fire rendered our two family in Irondequoit uninhabitable. We were also stressed because we did not have replacement value insurance so our rehab budget would be tight. Feeling overwhelmed we contacted Struck and Sons. They were very responsive and reviewed the adjuster's loss report (without $s) before submitting a detailed formal bid. Their bid appeared reasonable so asked to meet.

Meeting with Richard and Ben put our minds to ease as they walked through their bid, the process and expected time line. Throughout the rehab they were very proactive in providing updates, open to suggestions once we moved into the finishing phase (countertops, floor covers, etc) and they delivered what they stated, when they stated and for the stated price. Their crew never left the field to work on another job unlike some other contractors we know. They were trustworthy and did great work.

Earlier this year, I went in our basement and found a large bubble filled with water on our basement wall. Our outside pipe had burst leaving us with a mess in our finished basement living area and bathroom. While getting the basement dried out, ServPro recommended Struck and Sons. When we first met Ben we simply asked that he recreate what had been there previously. They matched the paint, found similar bathroom fixtures and picked a carpet that was a good quality and was the same style to what we had. They were prompt and always kept me in the loop to their progress. They are a professional group and I would highly recommend their services.

Struck and Sons does impeccable work. They completed extensive repairs to our house after a fire destroyed the upstairs and water (from putting it out) destroyed most of the downstairs. When I'd check on the house, their craftsmen would excitedly show me what they were working on (really took pride) and worked with me to rebuild my home even better than it was. On the very rare occasion that my picky husband wanted something done differently, they stood by their work and made things right. They represented my interests when working with my insurance company to recover supplemental funds for damage that the adjuster missed. I recommend them with no reservations. You will be blown away. Shout out to Ben (VP) and Richard (President) for their amazing leadership, customer service, and for not missing a beat despite the many extra hardships they faced in completing our home at the height of the pandemic. Re: Replacement of all interior doors

Everything went very well from estimating and measuring to painting and installation. Ben Cook and his crew were great. They worked diligently and I’m very pleased with the results. I recommend Struck & Sons.

A tree fell on our roof in February, ripping open the attic and twisting a rafter to affect a bedroom ceiling. Insurance estimate came in at $12,500. Ben and Kyle were life savers. They estimated a much more reasonable $30,000 and went to bat for us with the insurance company. Richard and the crew were wonderful - on time, considerate, professional, diligent - total professionals. We are very pleased with the results.

Our house was severely damaged last August when the home next door exploded from a gas leak. We were referred to Struck and Sons by ServPro and National Fireman's Association (NFA). Both companies have worked with Struck and Sons in the past and highly recommended. Although the circumstances surrounding our house was pretty bad, working with Rich, Ben and the entire crew gave us the reassurance we needed that our house will be a home again. We worked with Ben for 6 months and we were very happy that he kept us in the loop of everything that was going on, it was easy to get a hold of him and and answered any of our questions and concerns throughout the process of rebuilding our home. The final result was fabulous and we are very happy with the work the entire crew completed; although some parts of the house are brand new, other areas were made whole again as if nothing ever happened. We would never want anyone to go through what we did in our home, but if unexpected events such as ours happens, we definitely would recommend Struck and Sons to get the job done! I would recommend Struck & Sons to ANYONE, they helped my husband and myself during a hard time with our house fire. The most easy and cooperative company I've ever worked with. Struck and Sons rebuilt our home following a basement fire that smoke damaged the whole house. They facilitated working with the architect, bank and insurance company. Ben and Richard were very responsive and have a staff that is second to none. Painters Mike and Evan did a tremendous job in wrapping up a complex residential elevator installation. Like every Struck and Sons employee, they were professional, polite, knowledgeable and hard working.

Struck & Sons came out when it was below 0 degrees in the middle of January to talk with us, and do the measurements of a whole house after a fire. They worked around our schedule to review the contract and made necessary changes in a timely fashion. From the first phone call to the end of the job, Struck & Sons were there answering any questions we had (day or night), helping us with design ideas (colors, patterns, etc.)and with us guiding so our house came out perfect. They became more than just our contractors, they became friends. I would highly recommend them for any job you have, big or small. They get the job done.

We just moved back home after being out of our house for a year due to a pretty significant fire. Obviously, it’s a stressful situation to begin with, but having to decide on a contractor is a big part of the process. We flipped the coin on the right side by hiring Struck and Sons. Struck and Sons have been absolutely amazing from the very first phone call all the way up until they finished the project! When my basement flooded I did not know what to expect and they walked me through every step of the process. The communication has been top notch. They call when they say they’ll call, they show up when they say they’ll show up and they keep you updated with what is going to happen next.
