Good visit but inventory a bit low in garden supplies.

Home Depot just need to close their garden center. They don't care for their plants, so they're dry and look unhealthy, and on top of that, they have the nerve to be pricey.

stay away, what a dump. horrible customer service, want to return something? ha. be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more. Clueless miserable employees. Save your money and drive to loses in Garden City

There are fewer employees available. Some items are reasonably-priced, quality may be questionable on some items. Variety of choices on many items, such as paint, lighting, flooring, plumbing, gardening departments.

Waited in line for 40 min to buy some flowers on Mother's Day morning when they know it will be packed. They actually had cash registers not being used. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Hope the boss enjoys his bonus..

Store shelves were empty!! No cleaning supplies. No one to cut keys. Standing around key cutter stand for over15 minutes, asking every employee who passed about employee who cuts key's told to wait. Finally I stop 2 employee's and asked again. Was told no key cutter today!! Great experience today

They always have what I need when it comes to my home improvement stuff but sometimes the people working are like sure hard to find. Customer service could really be improved and it would be so much nicer to shop there. And the garden section is nice, always has a beautiful selection of flowers.

My mother & I went there looking for spider plants. The two associates that we asked said they didn't know. They made us feel like we were interrupting their very important conversation. People who are trained properly in customer service will know better and hopefully do better. It will be a while before we shop at that location again.

Their work is exceptional. The gardeners are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner designs and maintains such beautiful gardens. The yard transformation is amazing!

They suck at snow plowing. Watched them put snow in the street after it was plowed, as well as put snow on top of someone's car. Then they filled in all the available parking spots on the street with snow, that we dug out. Had to yell at them for throwing snow into the street. Stupid idiots. Stick to landscaping if you can't do snow removal. You make more work for everyone else.

We have been a subcontractor for conquell for many years. We have never had a payment issue or for that matter any issue at all. Just do what the job requires and you'll be fine.
