I can't remember how long I've relied on Empire Gutter Cleaning. It's been at least 5 years. Maybe more. And they have been nothing short of outstanding partners for keeping my home in the best shape an old house can be. Gutter cleaning is something many homeowners don't pay attention to until water damage forces their attention. A minimal investment in Empire Gutter Cleaning keeps the water where it belongs. They come out twice a year and let me know in advance when to expect their visit. I have a renewing contract with them and the only price increase I've experienced (which will take effect next year) was minimal. And totally worth it. Anything to keep me off a ladder and/or my roof. Keep your gutters clean. And hire these folks to do it.

Fast, clean, and professional. I’ve used them multiple times and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. I recently signed up for their spring/fall cleanup program and it makes it so much easier. If I’m not home, they’ll come, clean them out, and leave a bill in my mailbox.

Empire always does a good job cleaning my gutters and roof. Dependable and courteous. I especially like the price contract and the ability to choose the cleaning times during the year. Makes it easy not to get yelled at by the wife.

I have used Empire Gutter Cleaning for years and have always been happy with the service. This year, due to excessive tree seedlings I had to call them to free up a clogged gutter in July. It was brutally hot on the day Jason and his team arrived. They quickly fixed the problem and were very helpful. They even cleaned off parts of the roof that still had debris so that the stuff would not re-clog the gutters in a future rain storm.They listened to my concerns and then followed up with me when finished to explained what they found and the actions they took to correct it. Thanks Jason and team!

Very responsive when I called for an estimate- Ray was very patient and knowledgeable- answered the phone on the first or second ring both times I called . The crew that showed up to do the job was very kind , and professional. I was impressed with how fast they got the job done and their overall kindness ( as I was struggling with using my riding lawn mower when they pulled in - they offered to help which was so sweet ) . I am very satisfied with their work and customer service and would highly recommend empire gutter cleaning to friends and family .

Empire Gutter Cleaning is my go-to because they get the job done very quickly, with no mess at all, and are very thorough. I'm able to have a contract with them (with no obligation on my part) so that I can secure my regular pricing and dates. The only issue I had was that I had asked them to take a look at my gutter which needs attention (fixing) and they said they would be didn't - but to be fair to them, I think that all they do is as a business is clean gutters. Overall, would highly recommend.

We have been extremely pleased with Empire both as to the quality of the cleaning service and their customer care, and we just signed up for the Spring/Fall plan. It is easy to schedule a cleaning online, and Ray confirms promptly by email. We found it helpful that no one needs to be home for the cleaning and that we can pay later online or by check.
