I deliver concrete to these guys and I get to see them in action while they work. Theydo a very nice job, and the end result is just amazing.

Wonderful business!! A delight to work with everyone on staff. I would recommend all aspects from design to maintenance.

Have not installed yet but consistently getting advise and best options for our job.
Hope to get this done and am sure will have great things to say.

I started with a small space that was less than desirable in a rural setting. not long after, Dave and his team crafted a space that leave many speechless .. while every project has hiccups and real life issues to deal with, it amazed me to watch these guys handle, and solve so many curveballs. Not only was my project handled in a timely, but yet a professional manor. It was also handled in some of the worst weather including 20" of snow on gunite day! So thank you for the amazing space, custom craftsmanship, and a new found love of the word home..

JJ from Precision came to diagnose and repair an intermittent heater problem that the Pentair Warranty support technician I had been dealing with simply couldn't figure out. His meticulous attention to detail, methodical testing and experience found a small 1/8" cut in a loose wire that was occasionally shorting out in the power access panel as well as a pressure valve that would only fail intermittently. I cannot thank him and Precision Pools enough for believing me when I constantly had to call back about a frustrating intermittent problem and methodically working through every possible system until they figured it out. Great Job Team!

We love our hot tub!! Everything has been so easy! The delivery, set up, and maintenance. The delivery was so clean and kind! We have had other deliveries that took all day, tore up the yard or they didn’t have a “ part”. Two gentlemen , who arrived early and had plenty of equipment to get the job done safely and efficiently, were wonderful! Thank you!

10/10 service! He came less than an hour after calling and fixed it within a hour! Super grateful to have found someone who enjoys there job and does it well!!!

Called to inquire about gunite pool repairs, equipment replacement, etc. Would be a large costly job. Spoke with Jade (sp?) and provided all of my information. She was to speak with service and get back to me. A week later, no return call. Called again and spoke with her mother, the owner Danielle. Gave all of my information again. The entire tone of the call was not customer serving but rather "they will see if the job is good for them".

This seems to be the norm in the gunite pool industry - not enough providers for the work and they all think they are doing you a favor. This may very well be a good builder but they need to go to customer service school and learn they are nothing without customers. No customer should need to call twice or provide information twice.

No, I would not want you to commit to something you could not do but that does not excuse the behavior I experienced. It's very unprofessional to take a potential customer's information, promise a call back and totally drop the ball. The total attitude of your wife was that if you were interested it was like doing me a favor. If you were not busy and needed the work, I bet the tone would be a lot different. Humility would be a good start for good customer service.

We did the front patio at Precision Pool & Spa. Dave and the staff were extremely pleasant. Every customer walking in and out could only say how exceptional their work is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision!

I am a brand new pool owner. Had no idea what to do or where to even start. Contacted Precision and they scheduled an in person consultation immediately. No other pool stores that I contacted would do an in person customized training. JJ showed up right on time and was excellent. Took the time to show me the steps needed to maintain the pool and allowed me to practice steps under his supervision. Without a doubt, Precision will be my go to pool people. JJ is awesome and every person I have spoken with at the office is professional and eager to help any way they can. I highly recommend Precision Pool and Spa!

Since 2006 Precision Pool has serviced and maintained my 20 year old inground pool. During this time they have replastered it and helped me make decisions on upgrading equipment as it has aged. Their advice has always been cost effective and I have never felt any pressure to make changes unnecessarily. The owners and staff have always been responsive to my calls. I also do weekly maintenance with Precision and their technicians are reliable and thorough in their care of my pool. I have the most fabulous pool thanks to the greatest Pool Company in Rochester, NY, Precision Pool and Spa! From the minute Dave Cox sat down with me to plan it out he sooo took care of everything and gave me more than I could have ever dreamed! The service is amazing. Thank you to the fabulous building crew who where amazing and Danielle and her crew for the spectacular service!

Wow, where to start. My wife called Dave because our neighbors were using him to re-plaster their pool, I know they were happy despite Nathan Glasgow comments. Immediately upon meeting Dave, I knew he was a straight shooter, we had already sent them pictures of what we were looking for so he knew what we wanted. He sat with us, explained the whole process and started to design our pool on a laptop. He left me feeling in such good hands I didn't bother getting another quote, because if I was going to have a pool, it was going to built by Dave Cox. Few days later he came back with a 3d rendering and pricing and hit a home run, we signed up. He said it was first come first serve and I respected that, put my deposit down and waited patiently till it was my turn. His pay structure was absolutely spot on as well. It took six weeks and a ton of work by a whole team of respectful, dedicated guys. Dave was in contact with me the whole time, and on gunite day he's down in the pool spraying the gunite, that's what type of guy he is. I now have the most amazing pool I've ever seen,,,, and a new best friend. That's saying something in my world.
